    2nd Blu Ray player bought at Best Buy. This one seizes up when ever a Blu Ray is played or a steaming service starts up, such as Netflix. Have to pull the electrical cord to restart it. Returning it

    It is NOT worth the money. It constantly freezes up. You have to unplug it to reset every time. Can't even watch Blu-ray or Dvd.A screen pops up and blocks everything.

    This unit had limited apps and did not have Amazon Prime. When I talked to tech support they were no help. I returned the unit and will never buy another one.

    Junk! Get something else. Have had this Sony DVD player for 2 months and the DVD door will not open anymore. Also it locks up and freezes when trying to navigate Netflix and Hulu. Does not operate properly.

    Bought at the end of December, it's now April. The first problem was the tray wouldn't open to put a disc in. During the process of trying to resolve that issue it now will no longer powerup.

    We used this maybe 5 times and then it would not turn on again. We had it for almost 2 months but barely used it, it should not have died.

    Dumb Sony Blu-ray player. Does not even let you stream Amazon Prime. No warning of this. Sony used to work with Amazon Prime. Not anymore. Junky Sony.

    Laser reader went dirty within a year, cleaner doesn't help. Never going to buy another Sony DVD/BR player ever! 4 different players in less than a 7 years

    I don’t know if mine is defective but it constantly jumps off WiFi and I have to reconnect a lot. Better to purchase a smart tv.

    Thought since this was Sony it would be good but not the case. Constantly have to configure the player’s wireless set up, 3-4 times a week on average. Very disappointed with this purchase.

    I have not been happy with this player from day one. Door does not always open. Hard to turn off. Freezes up when trying to make a selection. Not happy at all with this product.

    This would be a good price, however it quit working last night after only 2 months in operation. Will attempt to replace it today, hopefully with on which works awhile longer.

    The power button does not work on device or remote. I have to unplug from and plug in to power source to power up the device. Trying to return.

    We bought this Sony wifi streaming bluray player manufacturer refurbished and it only worked maybe 5 times. I would recommend buying something like this brand new.

    Terrible blu-ray. It disconnects from the WiFi all the time which also logs us out of Netflix. Not only that, it freezes all the time and we have to unplug it to restart.

    Good for DVD’s, that’s it. Bad for streaming Netflix. Have to reconnect at least once a week. Very slow connection. Would not recommend.

    Bought 5 of these and they all freeze even after buying the best hdmi cords I could find. No other device in our home freezes only these Blu-ray players.
