New owner, first Sony phone. Took the phone out of the box and spent about 45 minutes checking out the features of the phone and adjusting the settings. Suddenly a warning message pops up telling me the phone is getting too hot and some features may respond slowly. A few minutes later another warning pops up, telling me the phone is now too hot and some functions will be terminated. Then the phone shut down by itself. How can Sony market a phone that can't handle 45 minutes of basic usage without overheating? The fact that they programmed the phone to warn the user the phone is overheating tells me they know about the over-heating problem but chose to create a warning system rather than solving the problem. Am I supposed to switch off my phone every hour in order to keep it cool and happy? I never heard of any phone having this problem. I may return this and get a non-Sony phone.

Good Quality but price is still not nice after 1 year. But recommend to buy.

I bought it for my sis and was so excited to give her. When I She first opened it the screen protecter was a bit dirty. Sound is too low. Ringtones are also very low. But the most disturbing fact was when she plugged it to charge it did not charge even after two hours. Light was on charging indication was there but mob did not charge. We tried a different charger which started to charge it but literally it took 3 hours to get 51 percent charging. I am not sure what to do with the fone now as I am back to my country. This is just a waste of money!!! Bery much disoppointed. I read people's reviews before buying it and there were pretty much positive reviews about it but for me it turned out to be just a loss of money and also caused me embarrasement!

It's slim and lightweight. A lot of great features. I can actually play my PS4 on the Sony Xperia X and use my wireless control to play. A great phone! Charges really fast and lasts a good while

I thought this phone would be great given its ratings and the reviews. Unfortunately, the downfall is the sound quality of its ringtone and during phone calls. You can barely hear the ringtone or the other caller even with the volume set to the max. It's only slightly better with headphones. Very disappointed.

Overall fine. But ringtone volume is too low. Incoming call sound is very very low. You really have to listen very carefully to what the caller is ssaying. Not satisfied with the purchase.! Not very sleek! Also I am surprised that it does not come with earphone Camera is as good as of 13 Mega pixal of any other good brand. I was expecting 23 Mpxl to be a lot more better.
