Good Sound, Terrible Quality

The sounds quality is good for the price. The same goes for the noise canceling. The quality is terrible. They feel super cheap and are made out of cheap plastics. My earbuds stopped fully working within a month. There support team activity didn't help and this was after an hour of dealing with AI. The exchange policy is terrible on top of everything. Not worth the hassle just spend a bit more on something thats trying to rip off all the big companies.
