    Did not blow out cold out, and it's started leaking getting my whole floor soaked along with the cord and the outlet...

    This water cooler seems reliable. The pads need upgrading like others mentioned on here. It just need a thicker pad (sponge etc.) to hold more water as it is flowing downward. its only effective in a small room.
