I've been looking for new pair of headsets to replace Logitech G935. What I needed the most is good bass and good 7.1. I found these in Steelseries Arctis 7+. Using Sonar software you can change sound in what ever way you want it to sounds. Headset very comfy , excellent battery life. What I do not like is very strange dongle! I do not mind USB-C but shape of dingle! It inly useful for mobile devices but totally bad for PC and consoles. Yes, you have extender cord for this, but I do not like cords all over my table

I’ve had this headset for about two years now. It is comfortable, and has pretty good audio quality. The software is nice with Sonar and all of the available adjustments. The battery Life is great, all though nowadays some have much better life. The only issue I’ve had is a couple of times it has not wanted to turn on and connect, and I had to hard reset them. Overall a slightly annoying minor issue.

Several years ago I purchased the Arctis Pro Wireless, a $350 headset, and fell completely in love with it. It was everything I could ever ask for. Bluetooth compatible, battery bank which allowed for 24/7 wireless connectivity, amazing audio, and comfortability. Unfortunately, I would manage to break it and seeing how it was out of warranty, I went down a long path of trying out probably almost 10 different gaming headsets. From Logitech to HyperX to Corsair to Razer, I would end up returning these headsets after only a couple of months of use because of one annoyance or another. I didn't realize until I finally got the 7+ I was just missing everything about the Arctis. There's something about Arctis that just sets the standard for all other headsets I've ever used. I would return all other headsets because they just couldn't measure up to one aspect to it or another. The Arctis 7+ essentially ports everything from the Arctis 7 but with a 30 hour wireless battery life and usb-c charging. And honestly, for only $20 more, I think this thing is a steal. The audio is clear and high quality, I'm easily able to tell which direction sound is coming from. The headband is nice and comfortable and doesn't leave as much of an imprint as other headsets. The wireless dongle is also usb-c so its compatible with all Android phones if you want to use it on the go. The headset mic is acceptable quality, but I mostly use it as a sidetone. The software is super easy to use and I only needed some minor EQ tuning to get the audio to EXACTLY how I like it. I am so glad to be back in Arctis family and I don't think I'll be changing headsets anytime soon.

Positive: -Like all steel series, it’s the most comfy head set I ever worn. -Great sound. -clear and loud mic -simple set up and easy to use Negative -doesn’t pair remote Bluetooth to phone -No EQ adjustments straight off the headset -can definitely tell my 9 series Xbox steel series is higher quality in every way, some notices are small Summary If u can afford the better versions of steel series headsets for PS5, do it. You’ll own it for years, and it’s nice to have the options like Bluetooth and to mold the sound EQ and levels more the way u want. But if u don’t care about tweaking too much, or mind hooking up ur phone via a cable, and just want a good sounding, comfortable headset, go for it 100%.

Overall, this is an amazing wireless headset. Huge upgrade over my old razer headset. It has amazing battery life, I've been using it daily for over a week and it still has about half left (give or take) according to steelseries gg. It sounds great and I've been told the mic sounds better than my old headset. I have no complaints.

Great headset! Sound is great! Comfortable for hours. And the feature of hearing your voice in the headset helps me not scream when i talk lol... to set up is eazy and a little confusing at first but once you figure it out its cake! Worth the buy for a gaming headset/mic

Steel series is hands down the best headsets for pc gaming on the market, from the chat (discord) and game (or videos) volume audio knob on the headphones them self

The Arctis 7+ is such a great headset. I needed to find a headset to switch and play games between my PS5 and PC and this surely blew it out of the water. Great quality build, mic can be tucked in when not used and comes with a mute button and you’re able to adjust the volume also from the headset itself.

[Employee of bestbuy] Very good headset IMPECCABLE sound quality but does have a few slight defects like the sound of whatever you are hearing or playing suddenly glitching out and going into a repetitive noise type of thing. Mic quality is fairly decent it has no pop filter so it does pop if you raise your voice depending how close it is to your mouth. Controls on the headset itself are great the noise cancelling works really great. I used to game quite a lot and the headset battery would last me at least 3 day on a full charge. The cushions on the headset are not leather and they feel so nice and very comfortable to be honest this is one of the most comfortable headsets I’ve ever had due to the added bonus of the elastic overhead band

Top notch comfort, lightweight, top tier battery life and above average mic. I’ve had dozens of headsets over the years and if these broke today, I’d buy them again tomorrow. For me personally, I find that wearing glasses causes some discomfort after 2 hours. Others have said otherwise. The type of glasses and head size certainly dictate this. The sound quality is above average. Maybe 6-7 out of 10. Depending on what you’re use to, it could be an upgrade or downgrade. However, I don’t find myself ever thinking that I need better audio quality spite having used many headsets with better audio quality.

They are very comfortable, and they sound great - when they work right. I'm constantly having to reinstall the software, like every week, because they will just lose the connection. Apparently this is incredibly common with these, and the best way to use them is to uninstall all the fancy software and let Windows just recognize them as (Headphones - Artic 7x) .. They more or less sound the same, maybe not quite the simulated surround for some games, but it's like 90% the same, and not having to reinstall the dang software every week is worth it. So yeah, ok headphones, craptastic software and the IT support from the company doesn't know their butt from a hole in the ground, dealt with them far too many times over this issue. Just search Reddit, you'll find better answers.

Great headset. The adjustable band works for me and I have a slightly larger head than average, but it still has space to be expanded. Sound quality is great and I love the built in mic and software it comes with.

Ive used a couple diiferent headphones including turtle beach and arctis. These are by far the most comfortable and good sound quality. Like most peripherals, the 3rd party software kind of sucks but i dont even use it any more.

These are great. High fidelity sounds for both music and games. Solid bass and good highs and mids. The software is pretty impressive as well, especially for streaming purposes. I can connect two PCs via Bluetooth and the dongle, then I can mute chat from discord in stream.

I love SteelSeries headsets, I have the Arctis Pro for my PC/Xbox and was using the white Sony Pulse white for my PS5 (black came out RIGHT after I got the white which bummed me out). The pulse is arguably the best headset for the PS5 but after hours of gaming my ears started to hurt. The cooling memory foam of the Arctis series headsets beats regular foam padding all day. Some people complain about the build quality of Arctis headsets - most of those I determine are poor neckbeards that expect things to last 10 years. Bro - if you get three to four years out of a headset you are doing great, Otherwise, quit rage quitting and taking it out on your headsets. The quality is pretty dang good. My only complaint is on max volume there is a slight static sound - I can't notice it during gameplay but when it's silent I can def notice it. Other than that these are near perfect. Battery lasts forever and I love the much needed USB-C update. The perfect headset would be the Arctis Pro with USB-C with an all Aluminum frame. The retractable boom mic is perfect. You can easily slide it in/out and it doesn't get in the way - it glows red when it's muted so can easily detect when mute is on/off. The button layout is nice and it's not super cluttered. I like the volume dials instead of volume buttons, makes it much easier when gaming and worth it even when you accidently lower the volume when putting on/taking off the headsets. I think these are priced just right. I don't see the need to pay anything more for a headset, these have all the features you need when playing first person shooters including spacial surround sound and gives you the battery life you need for long gaming sessions. Anything lower than this price range you are going to get what you pay for - or what you don't pay for. With all that said, the cons aren't deal breakers or even bad enough to take a star away from a 5 Star rating but I thought i'd mention them anyways.

Great sound, almost always connects flawlessly. I had 1 update that made it suddenly stop connecting, but it resolved itself after 1 frustrating day. Tech support was responsive

It has great sound, a good amount of range (roughly 35-40 feet before the audio starts dropping) and the thirty hour battery life is pretty accurate. I would give it five stars but it's a little price for what you get, and after wearing for a long time my left ear begins to hurt a little, which is because my ears are oddly shaped and not the headsets fault. After having it for almost 3 weeks, I'd say it's a good headset overall.
