I ordered this PC from Best Buy and received it with a faulty CPU cooler. After contacting Stormcraft customer support, I diagnosed the issue myself and determined that the fans and radiator were causing vibration and humming at higher RPMs. I explained the situation to their team, and without hesitation, they offered to send me a replacement CPU cooler and even provided assistance in case I needed help with the install—which was awesome.
I received the new cooler, installed it, and tested everything, and it has been working perfectly ever since. Huge thanks to the team at Stormcraft for the friendly and responsive service! The PC itself is amazing—performance has been outstanding. I mainly play Escape from Tarkov, and I’m getting around 180–200 FPS on most maps at 1440p. I highly recommend this pc for anyone who’s looking for a good looking pc and performs really good.

Amazing PC. Well packaged and protected. Great for price. Everything arrived in working order. Overall so happy went with this PC. Definitely will be buying another PC from them again down the road.

I'm Fairly pleased with this item , but was really disappointed in the delivery , was due on 12/02/25, and was not received until 12/04/25 . I know it was a holiday week ,but that should have been conformed with the shipper. before telling me 12/2/25 and the shipper was on holiday .the item sat in California for over 4 days not going anywhere.

Great gaming PC, I use primax crystal light VR 8K googles with an LG 240hz monitor and the graphics are absolutely sick! Highly recommend got flight sim gaming
