10/10 service 10/10 PC
I ordered this PC from Best Buy and received it with a faulty CPU cooler. After contacting Stormcraft customer support, I diagnosed the issue myself and determined that the fans and radiator were causing vibration and humming at higher RPMs. I explained the situation to their team, and without hesitation, they offered to send me a replacement CPU cooler and even provided assistance in case I needed help with the install—which was awesome. I received the new cooler, installed it, and tested everything, and it has been working perfectly ever since. Huge thanks to the team at Stormcraft for the friendly and responsive service! The PC itself is amazing—performance has been outstanding. I mainly play Escape from Tarkov, and I’m getting around 180–200 FPS on most maps at 1440p. I highly recommend this pc for anyone who’s looking for a good looking pc and performs really good.

Great PC by Stormcraft
I have to say, Stormcraft did a great job building this PC. It is extremely clean, which makes a huge difference with the all glass front and side. It was very easy to get up and going and I have not encountered any issues. To be honest, when I saw it was coming with a mechanical keyboard, I felt pretty meh about it. I have been really annoyed with people at work that use them. I have absolutely loved this keyboard though. Performance wise, this PC is great. Idle and general computer use the temp is mid 20 degree Celsius. While everything is cranking during heavy gaming, max I have seen is 70 degrees Celsius.

great pc
i ordered this pc around Christmas 2025 and its almost may 2026. this pc has really impressed me because at the time i got it on a big sale and i could not build it as cheap as i could just buy it with the same parts. it plays all big name titles great and runs almost silent when gaming. now when i am editing videos and that cpu kicks up the fans really get to kicking some rpms. but still pretty silent. when gaming and pulling full gpu power temps sit at about 70 on the gpu i honestly don't think you will get more for your money even if you build it because you also get a nice warranty with the pc and if you need more pc for some reason then check out the website they have a few different options. they did a great job building this and very easy to set up.
