Customer Ratings & Reviews

I ordered this PC from Best Buy and received it with a faulty CPU cooler. After contacting Stormcraft customer support, I diagnosed the issue myself and determined that the fans and radiator were causing vibration and humming at higher RPMs. I explained the situation to their team, and without hesitation, they offered to send me a replacement CPU cooler and even provided assistance in case I needed help with the install—which was awesome. I received the new cooler, installed it, and tested everything, and it has been working perfectly ever since. Huge thanks to the team at Stormcraft for the friendly and responsive service! The PC itself is amazing—performance has been outstanding. I mainly play Escape from Tarkov, and I’m getting around 180–200 FPS on most maps at 1440p. I highly recommend this pc for anyone who’s looking for a good looking pc and performs really good.

I have to say, Stormcraft did a great job building this PC. It is extremely clean, which makes a huge difference with the all glass front and side. It was very easy to get up and going and I have not encountered any issues. To be honest, when I saw it was coming with a mechanical keyboard, I felt pretty meh about it. I have been really annoyed with people at work that use them. I have absolutely loved this keyboard though. Performance wise, this PC is great. Idle and general computer use the temp is mid 20 degree Celsius. While everything is cranking during heavy gaming, max I have seen is 70 degrees Celsius.

i ordered this pc around Christmas 2025 and its almost may 2026. this pc has really impressed me because at the time i got it on a big sale and i could not build it as cheap as i could just buy it with the same parts. it plays all big name titles great and runs almost silent when gaming. now when i am editing videos and that cpu kicks up the fans really get to kicking some rpms. but still pretty silent. when gaming and pulling full gpu power temps sit at about 70 on the gpu i honestly don't think you will get more for your money even if you build it because you also get a nice warranty with the pc and if you need more pc for some reason then check out the website they have a few different options. they did a great job building this and very easy to set up.

Amazing PC. Well packaged and protected. Great for price. Everything arrived in working order. Overall so happy went with this PC. Definitely will be buying another PC from them again down the road.

I purchased this a few months ago. I am completely satisfied so far by what this machine can do. Customer service was also quick to respond with an issue on a promotion at the time.

Great PC for the money. It has everything I could ask for. The video quality is awesome and I havn’t ever noticed the PC getting hot. The cooling system seems to do a fantastic job. 10/10 would recommend.

When the box arrived, I knew it was something different. Not just another PC—this was a StormCraft, built with intention, every component selected like pieces of a high-performance puzzle. And let me tell you: this machine doesn’t just run games… it commands them. From the moment I powered it on, there was a silent confidence in the way it hummed to life—all MSI inside, a symphony of quality parts working in flawless harmony. But the real test? The games we dream of but fear our systems can’t handle. Enter Star Citizen. That universe of endless detail, scale, and demand—a benchmark that melts lesser rigs. But this StormCraft? It didn’t break a sweat. Smooth as starlight, frames steady, worlds rendering without a stutter. It felt less like playing a game and more like being handed the controls to a starship that was already, effortlessly, flying. Then I dared it to face Night City. Cyberpunk 2077—with over 200 mods—became the ultimate trial. Visual overhauls, AI enhancements, density mods that push PCs to the brink. I watched, waiting for the lag, the drop, the telltale hum of struggling fans. It never came. Not once. Not a single hesitation. While the streets of Night City pulsed with neon and chaos, the StormCraft maintained an almost eerie ice-cold composure, temperatures hovering between 70°F and 80°F. It was cool to the touch, calm under fire, like a athlete barely breathing hard after a sprint. This isn’t just a PC—it’s an engine. An engine that runs every title on the market today with room to spare, ready for whatever comes tomorrow. Was it perfect? Honestly, I’ll keep it real: when it arrived, the cooler needed a quick tighten—a two-minute “pre-flight check” that’s just smart practice with any pre-built. That tiny step was all it took to unlock a beast that now feels limitless. If you’re looking for that “bang for your buck” holy grail—a rig that delivers elite performance without the elite headache—this StormCraft is it. It’s more than a computer; it’s peace of mind. It’s the confidence that when you launch a game, any game, the only thing you’ll be focusing on is the adventure—not your frame rate. Get ready to play. And I mean, really play. This PC is ready.

Arrived faster the expected. Nice clean Windows install, no bloatware. As someone who used to build my own PCs, I have to say I have been impressed with the build quality and performance.

CPU cooler bolts came loose during shipping and was overheating out of the box. Contacted Stormcraft support and Carol did a great job sending instructions on what to check. Found out the cpu cooler bolts needed to be snugged. PC works awesome now. Excellent computer.

excellent, solid, gaming system at a nice price. no issues whatsoever, plug and play... looks good too

I'm Fairly pleased with this item , but was really disappointed in the delivery , was due on 12/02/25, and was not received until 12/04/25 . I know it was a holiday week ,but that should have been conformed with the shipper. before telling me 12/2/25 and the shipper was on holiday .the item sat in California for over 4 days not going anywhere.

Really nice pc, just as expected. Only have one complaint, there's a high pitch whine that goes on and off when this computer is running.

well build, great value, shipping is faster than expected

This item apparently has a known issue that requires sending the CPU back to replace a defective part. This was an expensive CPU, so this is frustrating, but they sent the return label and are being helpful.

Very impressed with this PC! Fast, quiet, and handles everything smoothly. The design looks great with the lighting, and setup was easy. Perfect for both work and gaming

Great PC have been enjoying it for the past month. would 100% recommend to someone else.
