Easy to install. So far it works better than our other surecall for signal while using data. Phone calls are still an issue. We placed it on the corner of our house closest to the nearest cell tower. We have dead spots in our house, so we're still working out the kinks.

We now have cell service in our house, without this we had to go outside to get service. Read the installation instructions on line before buying, you will need to put a pole up, obtained separately, in order to mount the outside antenna. You will need to know where the nearest cell tower is so that you can orient the antenna correctly. You need to have some installation skills, it took some experimentation to locate in the right spot.

I didn't have any problems installing the product. I don't get great cell service where I'm at even though Verizon states their the best. Tried to resolve the problem through them but they said i would have to subscribe to my local internet provider to get better service. The service is needed to utilize their device to help improve their service. I said that defeats the purpose of using your unlimited internet. Anyway I normally receive 8 gigabytes for downloading, but with this device i now get about 23 gigabytes. I think I get poor service because of all the trees in the yard and neighborhood. I still have minor issues with my tv show freezing, but it's not as bad as before. Weather also plays a factor in reception. I use my internet for everything, computers, game consoles, and tv. It saves a lot of money since I've gotten rid of Comcast and I don't like centurylink at all. I would jus say don't expect miricles with this product, but it works for me.

After all these years waiting for a closer tower to be installed , can finally use cell phone at home, can finally cut landline that has not worked properly since last years hurricane .From no bars to 4 inside the house! Welcome to the 21 st century! A product that works as advertised. Surecall support team responded quickly to issue I had and resolved it! DIDNT GIVE 5 STARS ONLY BECAUSE I HAVE NOT HAD LONG ENOUGH TO SEE DURABILITY.

At first it did not do very good at all and thought it was just due to a poor outside cell signal and didn’t think there was much we could do to improve. A few weeks later we mourned the antenna on a much taller pole and payed with the direction to point it some and now the unit puts out a pretty strong and fast connection. Still doesn’t cover the whole 1900 sq ft house but it does help the common areas where phones are used most.

The product works well, I am disappointed that you have to unplug and reset the amplifier much to often. The product was suppose to be able to handle more than one phone and other devices at same time, I does not do this very well at all.

The good. Seems to improve cell signal within 30’ of the transmitter. Exterior antenna mounted 10’ above roof line. Simple to install & commission. The bad. Also seems to cause some interference with my cable modem, located about 3’ from cell booster. Cost is a little high. Manual is Miss leading , you do NOT need to notify cell service provider.

I purchased this because the AT&T service where I moved to was intermittent at best. Sometimes I would have 2 bars, but most the time I had one or none, and could not get incoming calls. Outgoing calls as well were dropped if I could get out. So Once I set it up to recommended 25ft separation of the two components and as high as I was willing to go, even my neighbor was happy to have better reception. I now have most of the time 3 to 4 bars and I am no longer dropping calls.

It boosted the signal well but was pretty difficult to set up seemlessly without drilling a lot of holes and putting in a decent amount of time.

I recently moved our office location to an area with poor cell reception for both Verizon and AT&T. Once we installed the SureCall sytsem, everyone has been getting 3 Bars all day, every day. Easy to install too.

Very impressed Did not expect much. Nice surprise. We have it only a few feet off the ground beside the metal building. Just to see if it would help. We have a fifth wheel parked inside a metal building. We couldn't even make a phone call inside the building, let alone sitting in the 5th wheel. Internet was a complete joke. So we didn't expect much. At just a few feet off the ground we are able to use our phones and the internet inside now.!!! We will be mounting it in a more permanent position, now that we know it works.

An absolutely "Outstanding" cell signal boosting system! Previous to the Fusion4Home installation we were lucky to have 1 bar. After the installation we have 4-full bars everywhere in the house and 3-full bars outside. The installation took longer than I had anticipated, (mainly due to my hardheadedness for completing most anything I do "perfectly"), but it was well worth the time & effort!! Thank you SureCall & Best Buy, Terry in Columbus, TX

Sturdy product, easy to understand basic assembly. Did boost talk signal but at my rural location signal is so bad outside & fluctuates constantly & I was hoping to boost data to Zoom & decided it wasn't sufficient benefit per cost for me to keep this model. May try a stronger unit if they go on sale or if I change cell provider.

    Works in Mexico

Took it to Mexico and it works with T-Mobile phones as well the local market phones in receiving signal where you usually don't get signal out in the rural areas. The place of visit is a cement based house. Walls, floor and roof/ceiling. So very few weird parts of House and area around get signal for that matter. Real easy to set up inside, Connect power cable to receiver/extender box and white coaxed cable on other side to connect that to white antenna. I do recommend to watch 1 or 2 YouTube vids on how to set up and download app to find out where nearest cell tower is to point antenna for max signal reception.

Our new home had no cell reception when indoors with Verizon or ATT. Outside it was spotty 4G or LTE coverage depending on where you were standing. We mounted this on the highest peak of our home that had the best LTE signal and now we have 4 bars of service everywhere in our home. Blew us away!

We had very little cell signal at our up north home. We did alot of research and compared competitors. We decided on this one because of comments from others on its competition. The SureCall Fusion4Home has giving us a boost to even get a 4G LTE signal. Since installing it we have not had any issues. It did take a little work to install but we fully expected that. We did not need a professional installer to get the results we have. We use one of our cell phones as a hotspot and the speed we need is there with the signal we are getting.

It was very easy to set up took 15 minutes once I found the right cell tower. It does boost the signal great but for some reason it only works on like a 4ft circle around the booster box. Went from 1 to 3 bars of LTE in my living room but u have to be close to the box. Maybe with a better antenna it would boost the range, but for $500 kinda expected better.

What's the signal like outside of your home where you have the antenna? Can you make a call?

Next question are the lights on the booster flashing? If yes the booster is reducing its gain and that's why you're only getting improved coverage very close to the inside antenna.

Again if the booster is flashing you need to increase the separation between the inside and the outside antenna if you can get 20 feet of vertical separation and have the outside Directional antenna aim away from your house towards the Cellular Tower that is the key. GordAustinSureCall
