Great for the gym

She uses it for the gym and she says she loves the nozzle because some brands come with the open top screw on lid and it’s just unpleasant and messy to drink out of those.

Good alternative to a speedy Hydro flask. Unfortunately, the cap device seized and broke. The seal fused to the cap and made it impossible to open. Returned. Will try again.

Having the small spout is also nice. I don’t really use ice, so I can’t speak to how long it keeps water super cold
