The case is pliable enough to install and unistall for cleaning of the phone and most importantly, the buttons are not stiff

The upgrade process is NOT seamless and could stand to be improved, however. Additionally, iTunes has evolved to the point that it's starting to feel intrusive on normal computer processes.

Practical and Cute

I didn’t have it for long because I just wasn’t crazy about the way it looked on the phone. However; the quality is amazing. Gives the phone a strong grip and bumpers on all the edges.

Average Case, Basic Protection

It protects the phone from scratches on the back but she was disappointed with the color. It was clear until she put it in the pocket of her newly washed jeans and it turned blue. She will look for a new case soon.
