Not happy with phone

Do not like this phone as much as I did my old one (. 5c). Sales person was nice. It rejected my check-don’t know why. Not at all satisfied or happy

decent case, muffles speaker

Nobody can hear you

So frustrating, I returned it.

Not a good phone case design

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like everything about this phone case except the buttons on the sides are enclosed with plastic and more often than not they won’t work when you try to turn the screen off or turn the volume up and down. Not happy with that feature. Keep the buttons exposed without covering them over with the material that the case is made out of. Not a good design.
