Poor shipping from Best Buy

The game and product itself is great, it's Best Buy's shipping itself that I'm rating low. It's a collectors edition that may not be restocked, and Best Buy shipped it in a box with no protective bubble wrap or paper or airgas bags. The box holding the game and a few of the extras itself was damaged in shipping significantly. It decreases the value of it being a collectors edition and the only option I really had was return for a refund because it couldn't be exchanged. I got a partial refund of $12 bucks which is lower than I feel is warranted on a $120 product. I think they should have at least given me $20 back. I didn't have much choice though unfortunately. I don't recommend using Best Buy due to this poor shipping practice unfortunately. Game is good though if you wanna buy the game itself.
