One the best car audio make overs on a budget done right. Fhe car geek squad had under control and did quality from start to finish .i recommend anyone thinking of upgrading no matter their budget

Everything as I expected. I like the size of the camera. It’s not big as some people complained. I like how it fits and blends with my mirror. It doesn’ stick out . Everything works. The iphone app is nice. The app connects every time. It allows browsing and moving clips to my iphone photo library with one click. Love it. Had it for a few months by now. It’s summer and it’s hot. But everything works like a charm. No complains.

The picture is ok the sense is very sensitive. Read the license plate is legible.

No video display, its a bit larger than expected. Great quality video and appreciate the automatic shut-off so it does not drain the battery. Wish it was a bit small and came with a video display to see in real time vs. using an app on the phone.

Love the camera, visual quality is excellent. Nice features but I wish the volume was a little louder.

I need to correct an earlier review that wasn't very favorable because I wasn't using the Cam's highest resolution setting. It's able to read license plates close enough at lower speeds, same with street signs. We've had it for two years now with no issues. The user guide that has to be downloaded doesn't cover at all one of the most important configuration screens - very odd. The PC View software streams the videos smoothly IF you allow it 5 minutes or so to load GPS coordinates. All in all a good solid dashcam and value.

When we brought this product it was not easy to install and you have to be in your Wi-Fi account when you sign up. This product do not have a camera so you can’t see anybody next to your car, you have to connect to your smart phone in order to see what’s going on your surroundings. The geek squad was the one to install our camera and he’s said that to call support group to help you out. When we call the support group team they were no help at all, they said that if you’re not happy with the dash camera you can return it to Best Buy!! Wow I couldn’t believe what he told me. Poor customer service period!!!

Very clear and easy to install. I do have 1 issue though, I wish the cable for the rear camera was shorter.

Piece of mind and hoping will never have a need. Works pretty well. My biggest complaint is female voice announcements. Even at lowest setting it’s too loud.

Installation of this Q1000 was a breeze. The heat film that it came with is great.. the app was easy to follow for set up and registration..installed it on my wife's 2024 CRV Hybrid... she is very happy with the out come so was I. I will be replacing my Blackvue dashcam on my WRX with this unit soon. Thank You Thinkware!!!!

I saw so many wonderful reviews on youtube and got this product from Bestbuy. It doesn't feel premium but looks decent. The main problem is, however much I tried, I couldn't get to register the dashcam. The thinkware connected and thinkware dashcam link are both trash. There were at least 5 emails to the customer care to resolve the issue. The customer care is good, but they couldn't resolve my issue at all. The advised to return the cam at the bestbuy before my return window closes. The cam is almost $400 and if we couldn't get to register it, there is no point in charging that much money. I bought a viofo A139 pro which is far advanced than the q1000 in terms of image quality (from youtube videos from vortex radar channel) and for almost a $100 less than the price I paid for q1000. Unless the folks at thinkware upgrade their camera or software, there is no point in spending that much money on this dashcam

The dash cam seems to meet expectations in Driving Mode but Thinkware Dash Cam Trch Team has not resolved the issue encountered during Parking Mode. If they can resolve it I am prepared to give it 4 star.

I recommend this product for any vehicle on the road or parked, it captures everything with quality sound

Very good unit. Better than Rexing. I like having no display camera for others to view while you're driving.

Super easy to install, love feeling protected in the event of an accident. Great price, order came in before expected.

Easy setup and installation. App is a little slow/clunky. I bought this because i wanted front and rear views, max resolution, and minimalist look. Ive hid this behind ky rearview mirror and you cant even tell its there.
