Looks sleek and for light loads. But poor design and quality. I have used it lightly but the straps break after chafing with the metal hooks. Need a new bag now.

The bag I purchased is comfortable and snug when I need it to be. The back cusions provide comfort and the extra space is a must in my life which I love about it. Overall Pretty great

All i had in the backpaxk was a 15.6 inch laptop and my legion go. Wore it for 10 minutes and the strap snapped.

What you see is what you get. If only it were slightly bigger i would be perfect. I use this for work and its does its job. I really like the strap in the back I use to mount it to a motorcycle.

Overall, I love it, though I have some minor issues. I have a similar Swiss backpack with the cool look and functions, except that the Swiss is too bulky for my liking, so I use it primarily for weekend trips. I prefer my Thule backpack for daily use: work, library, coffee shop, etc. Cool look. Great quality. Functional. The sleek, compactness of it is what's appealing for daily use. Big side pockets are convenient for bottles, snacks. The crushproof pocket is perfect for my glasses, phone, pillbox, pens. What I wish could be improved are the two buckles--while cool looking, they frequently come undone from the big front pocket. I often wonder what these are even for, seemingly lacking function. If they were locking pins or snaps, perhaps that could improve it, dunno. The center ring is definitely convenient to snap my keys to. Overall, though, I still love it.

Great backpack for commuting to and from work everyday. Large capacity, holds everything I need, cup holders on the side are nice and deep. Would buy again. Would recommend to others for similar use.

I love this bag. The separate Tablet Sleeve and various other pockets mean there is a perfect place for everything I need to carry on a daily basis. Just the right size and comfortable to carry.

It holds all of my computer stuff great. Except for my computer because best buy messed up my order and i wont get it for 3 weeks now

This bag is the best bag I have ever used. I carry a lot of tech product day to day for work. It gives me just enough room that fits my needs and also 2 water bottle is a plus plus. I need I for water and 1 for coffee. They pockets are deep and secure. The bag looks so good. All my pens are organized. The best thing is the bag distributes the weight properly and dont know why but it feels much more comfortable compare to my previous eBags backpack.

I really like this back pack. You can fit a good amount in it without it feel large. I do wish it could stnad on its own but that is my only complaint. The zippers are quality, has a good amount of pockets and holds a lot. I hold an iPad mini, ipad pro, Surface Laptop 13.5”, a Surface Laptop 15” and an extra 15.6” widescreen monitor, along with some power bricks and cables. With all that and a few papers its still quite small over all. The weight does add up and the shoulder pads are wide and distribute the weight comfortably.

Worked very well for my husbands work trip. He's been looking for a backpack that actually attaches to the luggage as well and this is perfect.

My fav laptop backpack that I own. Great set of pockets, great build quality - usual with Thule and decent amount of space. Its a good office and travel bag that can carry devices, a jacket, water bottle, essentials etc. If you are looking for an overnighter or a weekend travel, this might not be the right capacity. One major negative is that this bag never sits straight, always slouches and tips over. Its the design, its kinda C shaped arching forward and never stays like most bags when kept on the floor or on a table. Didnt come with a biner as some pics show.

I really like the padding on the straps for this backpack, the padding is also good on the backplane. When empty the backpack is really light, so the only weight i feel os from the items that i put in it. The padding for the laptop sleeve is also nice and sturdy. It’s a floating laptop sleeve. So, if you’re in a hurry and just slip/drop your laptop into the sleeve, you dont have to worry about you laptop hitting the bottom of the backpack surface, which sometimes means the floor.

I purchased a new laptop and decided that a new backback was needed. After doing my research, I decided to try Thule. My main focus was on quality and comfort. This Thule has exceeded expectations in a big way. It feels great on my back. The price was a little higher that I intended but I definitely notice the difference from my previous backback. I was able to get a % off of the regular price because I'm a my Best Buy Plus member. In all, the comfort and quality seem to justify the price. I'm happy about this purchase.
