There were so many languages used on the included sheet of paper it was ridiculous. I do not hold Best Buy accountable for this. I downloaded and printed the PDF file with instructions. I haven't had time to set it yet, but I'm sure I'll like it when I do.

A bad buy altogether.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It did not come with instructions.I was pretty mad at that.Had to go to timex website which is ridiculous anyway.Or call their 1-800 number which was a waste of time .Had to give the timex company numbers on the case for the watch.This is no use.Cheap watchband anyway.What a waste of my money and geek squad protection as well for 2 yrs.Now I have no watch got rid of it.Useless.Do not buy this watch.No instructions for it this was stupid.Bad bad buy.Do not buy.Recommend do not buy.
