Not what I expected,

But this GPS (TomTom) was still going taking me down roads which was taking longer...disappointed cause I have another TomTom that works very well. Was wanting an upgrade but I guess not.

Don’t waste your money on this device

As profesional OTR Driver, I can tell other drivers to don’t spend money on this device. Maps are outdated (even after update), the device makes you take routes that are incorrect or makes you do absolutely UNNECESSARY U TURNS, which, as you can imagine, are terribly difficult with a 53’ trailer. DO NOT BUY!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Tom Tom 620 is definitely updated, I’ve been using it for trucking and haven’t had any issues. It can also be connected via hotspot on your phone for any updates. Not bad for the price.

Bad GPS for Professional Drivers
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not the best GPS for professional drivers. 1st: The app does not work, I could not download it to any of my devices, the new app is a pay to use service that is just as bad as the unit itself. 2nd: When saving locations to My Places there are no folders or categories so it is just one big list. Any professional driver would likely save hundreds of locations, I myself am a tour bus driver that runs the entire Northeast and probably save 10x as many so the list becomes so large it defeats the purpose to use it. 3rd: It gives really bad directions, often routing you up to an hour and many miles out of the way. This is not just annoying but since truck and bus drivers that log are limited to driving hours and with most of my trips I have to get my group to a destination by a certain time this can really cost you. If my group misses a boat or the start of a play not only is their trip ruined by I guarantee we will lose their business all together. 4th: The display is really dark and uses weird colors that are difficult to see. It is very easy to miss a turn because of it. This is just a really bad GPS.

Worst truck gps not for truck HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not for truck routes ive been in residential streets with no way out just had to back out horrible gps and numerous addresses for old businesses wont show up places that have been there 30 plus years hows this possible and I go back to my cellphone like always and see where I'm going and plan my route its pointless having the tom tom trucker 620 in going with garmin because I've seen them in the outdoor trail gps Air plan gps Automobile gps Boat navigation gps And yes trucking gps
