Great Coffee Maker ... When the pump works. Have had two failures, but keep going back, because it is so good.

I bought this for my wife. She loves it. Her parents came in for the week and they loved it too.

This is one of the best coffee makers that I have used. Had a Cuisinart for about 4 years and it finally wore out. I was going to try and find another, but saw this one at Best Buy and after reading the reviews, decided to give it a try. Glad I did. Makes a cup very fast and is very tasty!

I have had this one for a few years and it has performed brilliantly. It makes a cup of coffee in minutes. No waiting. So I bought another one for our vacation home. And it too is flawless. Don’t buy any other brand. This is the best.

Great tasting coffee. Especially love being able to make an 18oz morning travel mug with my own coffee and the reusable k-cup that comes with the brewer.

This coffeemaker is a great alternative to a Keurig. If you're like we are, the ability to choose the size of our brewed coffee is important. This pot, in increments of 2 oz, has cup sizes ranging from 6 oz to 18 oz, and a small carafe, if that is also one of your needs. It's reservoir also holds more than our old top-of-the-line Keurig, too, so you don't have to fill it as often. It uses the same size filter, too, which comes with it, that you can add your own coffees to. Further, it accepts both the old style K cup and the new one, so you don't have to buy those expensive coffee pods. And don't think flavor is sacrificed, either, because it is every bit as flavorful as our old Keurig. Another thing we liked was our option to buy a service plan. Our Keurig quit before we'd had it for a year, and we'd paid about $170 for it!

We use the Touch Coffeemaker at work. It makes over 30 cups of coffee a day. The Touch has work flawlessly and everyone loves how fast it makes a cup of coffee. Great job Touch!

Great coffee maker. Does everything all in 1 coffee maker. So happy my travel mug fits under it fine. Very easy to use. Makes good coffee.

This is the coffee maker I've been looking for. It does everything! Any size cup including a carafe for weekends. Fill up the reservoir and forget it-- no filling and measuring of water depending on the size cup you want, it does it for you. Use normal K-cups for a regular size cup, use the bold style when you want more. Or use any loose coffee in the provided red holder when you want to. I love this thing! What else could you want from a coffee machine?

I have grown to enjoy this machine. You can add your own grounds to the included pod. So you can make stronger or larger cups to your taste. The included pod will hold enough grounds to make a small carafe, which is also included. As always you can use the pods with your favorite flavors.

excellent coffee easy to use much better than Keurig

Upgraded from the Keurig mini service machine. Availability of multiple size cups from one machine is very convenient. So is having a water reservoir.

I bought this as a replacement to my second Keurig that broke within 1.5 years. So far so good. I buy my own coffee grounds and my reusable keurig k cups work just fine in this machine. This machine has a lot of different coffee size options including it's own carafe. So far so good!

I was excited about different size cup options, carafe, etc... after about three cups, all the lights on top started flashing in a pattern. Nowhere did I find info on what that meant. I took a guess and cleaned the needles with a straight pin, wiped out the areas around the needles and seal, turned off and on and it worked again. $200 and after 3 cups I had to unclog it. And had to figure it out myself. This happened three more times. It's boxed up awaiting return to Best Buy. Save your money and buy something reliable. I went with Bunn and love it. Stay away from this one.

My soon to be daughter in law is a coffee drinker and wanted her to have it there when visiting. My girlfriend absolutely loves it and loves the carafe feature when making coffee in the mornings, says it is the nicest one she's ever used...

I purchased the touch coffee maker at a great price with the daily deals. I had a few issues with this coffee maker and called their customer service line and it was a person trying to sell me something and I asked them for a number to talk to Touch and he gave me AT&T #. I tried to email them and no response. Would not purchase again.
