This machine requires more than normal coffee grinds.

This machine works better than any keruig I had in the pass. I don't know how long it'll last yet but hopefully longer than any other machines I had in the pass.

This coffee pot works great. Very hot. Different sizes cups can be made.

I had several other K cup machines that kept breaking and I tried this one based on the salesman's recommendation. It has been almost two months and I like it much better than the others.

We purchase this item approximately 1 month ago. It worked great for a couple of weeks and then started not producing a whole cup of coffee with all the lights flashing. I cleaned per recommendations which still did not fix the problem and it was not clogged. We ended up throwing away since we did not purchase the warranty. It was a waste of a large amount of money. I gave one star as when it did work it produced excellent tasting coffee

but still great! Can make Keurig coffee, but can also use coffee from store to make a pitcher. And coffee didn't taste funky either.

We have used a Keurig in the past and this beats it by far.

I love it, it is compatible with all the kcups and with the additional cup included I can brew tea.

Everything about this coffee maker is great. Can make small cups to large and change the brew strengths.

i like this, is a great product, i would recommend to wait for a sale though.

good product, i bought one on the deal of the day just for $55

I thought I got an awesome deal until I picked the item up in-store and got it home. Same story as of lately - product was in a box that showed a little damage/rough handling. Naturally when I got it out of the box, the entire top of the machine has something wrong with the black plastic along the left edge. A camera doesn't pick it up hardly at all due to the plastic being shiny - but is very noticeable to your eyes. It almost looks like it was molded this way and does not look like scratches -- just dull blotches all along the left edge of the rounded black plastic top. Put it back in the box for return.
