Coffee not good

Seemed like a good coffee maker and liked how fast it would preheat the water. But... nothing I did could make the coffee strong enough for me. If you don’t like strong coffee this might be perfect for you.

Much better than Keurig

Having owned a Keurig before they came out with the 2.0 version, I purchased the 2,0 model, and it did not work well, so I returned it <3 times> 2 from Costco and 1 directly from Keurig, none of them worked well. I saw the Touch and decided to give it a try, model 526S, and could not be happier. It is faster, hotter, and takes all K-Cups, plus your own coffee. I am happy that they are being offered in retail stores. Good work Touch

I purchased this coffee maker after I reviewed this item on several web sites. The best thing about this coffee maker is the great taste and the coffee comes out much hotter than my old Keurig. The only downfall is that the water tank is located on the back of the machine. It presents better this way but in regards to function, I am frequently pulling the coffee maker away from the back of the counter to add water. It's quite frequently as the minimum fill is probably half way up on the tank. A little expensive when compared to similar items on the market. But all in all would probably purchase this item again.

Bought in February my first using the cups and selected Touch after reading reviews that were most from former Keurig owners who raved about the Touch and had little good to say about their former coffee maker. I love it but three days ago it would not Brew called and got a Tech, Frank who ran me through some tests and reached a quick decision that it had a bad burner. He asked when I bought it which was this past February and he said send me a copy of receipt and serial number which I did. He said I am sending you a new one cut the cord on that one and keep any accessories you might want. Great attitude on their part backing up the product and making it easy to get a new replacement. This was a very pleasant experience which is rare these days and I love the coffee it Brews. Can't wait to get my new replacement which is now on its way.

I love being able to easily choose how much coffee to dispense based on which cup I pull out of the cupboard. I've owned this model for several months and haven't had any issues with coffee grounds or anything else. The water reservoir works well for me since I have it near the sink and can use the sprayer to easily fill it. The reservoir goes around the sides a bit, so you don' t have to get all the way around the back. I love that you just turn it on, hit what size you want and it immediately starts making coffee. You don't have wait for it to heat up before you can use it. I really love this machine!

Did not want a Keurig that my friends have. There were too many people complaining that the coffee did not taste that good. Boy was I surprised with the quality of this machine.. Unit is hefty. Their is some weight to it. Best of all is the fact that it can use all the k-cups not just 2.0 cups Water comes out very hot and extracts the flavor of the coffee beans. For most coffee k-cups that you usually use at 8 ounces you can increase this to 10 ounces with the same intensity of flavor. It has a very rich flavor and not just watered down. Coffee heats up and is served in about a minute. It is very fast. Next is the fact that there are individual buttons for the number of ounces dispensed from 6 to 18 oz in 2 ounce intervals plus a 26 ounce carafe setting. Finally it has a large jumbo cup to use your own brand of coffee and save a little money. This unit is highly recommended by myself for those who like the convenience of k-cups or your own coffee in one machine, or for those who just like brewing hot delicious coffee

Great, for 8 days

This was a really nice coffee maker. Better than Keurig in so many ways. Nice hot coffee, decent brew time, no DRM for coffee, etc...
But it only lasted 8 days until it started having pump issues, so I exchanged it for something else. Reading a lot of reviews I knew it was likely to have issues, still disappointed.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS COFFEE MAKER

After doing significant research I decided to purchase this product after my Keurig machine pump finally failed. While the machine does an OK job of making single serve cups with K-Cups if you ever use the manual cup to make a cup or a pot using the thermos you will get grinds in your coffee. We have tried changing the grind, purchasing pre-ground coffee from various stores - spending much time on the phone with TOUCH customer service which was HORRIBLE !!! After running many, many tests with them and confirming there is a problem their answer is to send it in to them and they will look at it and possibly send a new and improved model out to me after 10 days They will not send you a new machine out until you send them your old one while admitting they have a new one that will probably solve your issue. Incredibly frustrating. Do not waste your money - go purchase another Keurig or similar - just not this brand.
