Wonderful Router SPECTACULAR performance!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This thing is absolutely amazing. Replaced a new Nest “Pro” 3 node mesh with this single router. My house is 1600 square feet. From the BACK YARD I am getting wireless speeds of >500 Mbps to my IPhone 13 Pro, and the worst RSSI of the 45 devices in my home is -44. That is a camera on a shed in my back yard at the far opposite end of my house from the router. All of my wired devices are getting better than 940 Mbps down and up from my 1 Gb fiber service. I am TOTALLY impressed and have had absolutely no issues with this router. After my extreme disappointment with the Nest WiFi “Pro”, it is so nice to be excited about my smart home again! Absolutely no need for a “mesh” with this demon….

Major Upgrade
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had an AC1200 Mesh network with 3 nodes and only got about half my ISP bandwith throughout the house. Upgraded to the AXE7800 and now I get 96-100% of my ISP bandwith throughout the entire house (2 story 2200sqft)

Top tier router
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve been in IT and specialize in Networking. This so far is one of the best routes I’ve owned. Up and down spends are great. Has very impressive range. In my 2000 sq foot home I have multiple devices on WiFi, gaming and streaming and have yet to have drops. Setup takes a little time but is still very easy. About as plug and play as it gets.

Strong signal and snappy internet.
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Signal reaches out to the street so I was able to turn my WiFi bulbs on from three stories down and 20 yards away from my building. Also reaches into my bathroom way down the hall which my former router failed at doing. My internet is super snappy now too. Glad I sprung for this model. The price is well worth it. Also the app that works with this is really useful. Notifies me every time a new device connects to my WiFi network. And it makes it really easy to manage the router itself.

||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Man honestly one of the best investments ive ever made. I have spectrum and i got tired of always reseting their routers so i took a chance on this one and man was i surprised how fast this is and its so simple to set up. Im literally getting 1,157 mbps of download and 40 mbps of upload, before i was getting barely 400 and 15

Great option if you need 6e today
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works great and I got it on sale. I'm only using the 6G band to connect to a Quest 3 and it's super fast. The other bands work well too. Admittedly, my place is on the small side but the signal from this router seems to be quite powerful. WiFi 7 routers might be out in the next year so consider waiting on upgrading if you don't need 6e today.

Fantastic product
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Such an amazing Router for the price. Quality product, super easy to setup and works as advertised. Currently using it as my Modem/Router with Verizon Fios 1gb internet. Love being able to connect to 6g as well with a few items in the house freeing up the 5g for the rest!

Fast Router, With robust feature Set
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Archer AXE95 is an exceptionally fast router with a vast feature set, and (IMO) an industry leader when it comes to product support. This router features too many technologies too discuss in depth, so I will talk about the ones that are important to me. The router features wifi 6E which utilizes the new 6ghz band. This could alleviate bandwidth issues you might experience in a crowded appartment complex where everyone is competing for 2.4gz and 5ghz wifi airspace. This router also features 2.4 and 5 ghz bands. Secondly I'd like to talk about some of the parental controls and the tether app. You can configure content restrictions, blacklist websites, control time they have access to internet, and a host of other things that are probably pretty interesring for people other than myself; Things like web protection settings, intrusion prevention, IoT protection, the mesh stuff (which seems really useful but i have 1000sqft house). The last feature I really wanna talk about is the VPN features. One of my main considerations for picking a router was VPN support. That is a fairly broad statement but in almost all of the ways you could imagine VPN being supported, it does in fact support it. You can hook it up as a client and all of your traffic gets routed thorough the VPN which could bypass region restrictions, help with a layer of encryption, all sorts of power user stuff. You can also set it up as an access server through OpenVPN (TUN) which was what i did, as well as L2TP/IPsec, and PPTP. I'm sure the possibilities are endless with the amount of configurability they give you over it. I want to end on talking about the phenomenal customer support. A cut above the rest. I initially bought my router for OpenVPN, I read online that it did in fact support OpenVPN, so I pulled the trigger. I have a fairly large network at home, about 7-9 computers, multiple file shares, and I remote in from time to time to help someone out, I backup my reports to the file share out in the field, tons of different things. If I'm traveling I can play LAN Minecraft games with the kids. The reason im talking about all this is because TP link is just now releasing Beta firmware that lets you use TAP mode. That is basically the functionality that makes these work without much configuration. I got ahold of them and requested that they work on it and they are working to actually get it implemented it sounds like and have, in fact, released beta firmware for Archer AX55 for tap mode. I used to be a netgear guy until a bad experience with an RAX35 but my experience with TP Link product support walks all over the 90 day product support that Netgear offers. TP Link Makes no mention of intention to ever quit offering support for their products as well. I am Impressed so far. I anticipate that will likely only improve over time. I would share some screenshots of the tether app but screenshots are not allowed in app. P.s. lol you can have 2.5gbps configured to LAN or WAN. I personally have mine hooked up to a two and a half gigabit port on my main network share.

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It works like a charm. Expensive but worth it.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great router with excellent range of coverage, reception and speed. I've had it for over a year now in my 2-story condo and I have had no issues with it so far. Speed and stable connection has been pretty consistent throughout my entire home.

Improved Upload
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have tried a couple other routers before settling on this one. It has improved the upload speed almost 10x what it was with my old router. The set up was easy. However, I don't understand how many others are getting numbers in the 4-500 range. The one downside for me, is that my cell phone tends to lose connectivity to this router and that didn't happen with my original. The first picture is the speed with my original router and the second picture is the speed with new TP-Link Archer AXE7800. Still not completely sure it was worth spending that much on a router. I checked yes on recommending But, honestly, I haven't had it long enough to know for sure.
