Should have know when the setup kept failing to take it back. Twice a week my WiFi would stop working and I would have to restart the router when I got home. I had a connection from the modem, but not WiFi. It just got worse from there with more failures and support giving me instructions how to install a beta firmware to solve the problem but nothing worked. I’ve asked for a refund, but I’m haven’t heard a reply Finally I just bought I new router.

The setup was a bit confusing for my skill set, but I contacted Charlene through the TP-Link support channel, and we're running as we should. Charlene was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable with the setup for my many devices. Charlene is the kind of professional that demonstrates excellence in customer service. I'm very satisfied with my experience, and I would recommend the support channel with TP-Link, to anyone exactly not sure of the proper wireless/router setup.

Good product but Wifi unstable

It works good but,I have had consistant Wifi drops 1 -2 times a week and requires reset with a power cycle. I have tried the items in support but it still randomly drops Wifi. I have searche oher fixes and none have worked. Wired is not affected. Wifi speeds are lower than expected.

Didn't have any problems. My first purchase was a Netgear, had to return it, could only get 2 items to connect to that router. Best decision ever.
