I did a lot of research when I decided to upgrade my 5 year old Orbi mesh system and decided on this for several reason. While it was extremely easy to set up, which is why I gave it 2 stars, it has been so frustrating and inconsistent ever since that I decided to reinstall my old system and everything went back to normal. Connections on some brand new devices were unreliable, Wi-Fi calling stopped working (which we rely on because we have no cell services), texts wouldn't go through on some devices, social media and websites wouldn't load on other devices, and speeds were no better, and sometimes worse, than my old system. And we have gig speeds with Verizon. Ultimately, I will be returning this system and trying another name brand one I was trying to avoid.

I did every thing tech support at tp link said and still drops internet all of the time. Its a crazy upgrade but i cant return them so stuck with them. Had the tp link 75 pro much better product ... might go back to netgear

Main issue with this brand is the software, constant disconnections from devices and also between the router and satellite that forces you to manually unplug and wait 30 seconds each of them (yes, every single unit). Do yourself a favor and go with a better brand. I really regret buying it and also you are not going to get any glitches fixed, I owned the product for over 4 months and so far not a single firmware upgrade. 100% NOT recommended. Hoping best buy in the future stops selling their products. One of my worst investments.

Slow Speeds

I bought this, put the routers in the exact same spots. Instead of increasing the speed, I lost about 75% of what I had. Put the older router back and instantly got the speed I had before back. I'm returning it and continuing my search.
