Customers are saying

Customers are satisfied with the stability, ease of use, size, and mounting capabilities of the Tripod Mounts Compatible for All GoPro Cameras. Many appreciate its compact and lightweight design, making it convenient to carry and use. However, some customers expressed concerns about the product's durability and material, suggesting that the plastic construction might not be as robust as desired. Overall, the positive feedback on ease of use and stability outweighs the negative comments regarding the material.

Very Lightweight and Compact for My Waist Pack!

Hello: I literally have this tripod in my right hand as I am composing this review with my keyboard voice engine. It is very lightweight, and fits well in my waist pack, so it is great for toting around with one of my GoPro cameras. The top is designed for GoPro mounting, but this comes with two additional adapters, one with the quick-release system, and the other with just straight GoPro to 1/4" - 20 adaptation. You can also buy the reverse of this, an item you can get at Best Buy, that lets you use GoPro mounts for 1/4" - 20 cameras. What I mean by this is you could use the same little tripod to mount another type of camera that doesn't have the GoPro mounting system, but GoPro itself doesn't sell that type of item. I think Insignia from Best Buy is the brand that does. Anyway, this light little tripod is "cool," but unfortunately it doesn't open very easily, so I'm afraid of breaking it (a little bit). I have to be super-gentle with it. One thing that's interesting is that when it's fully opened up, it's very flat on the ground, so that it makes your GoPro or other camera super-stable! Obviously, as you have something increasingly higher up off the ground, it becomes more likely get blown over by a sudden gust of wind, or whatever. This item would be good for vlogging, because you have something very light to use for holding your GoPro in one of your hands, and like I said, to me, personally, its main advantage is being small, lightweight, and different in the sense of having your camera close to the ground so that it is not likely to tip over. Of course I had to set my little tripod down to manually edit this with the keyboard, because, you know, these voice engines give you a lot of errors, but this was much faster than manually keying my whole review in! Have a Really Super Time, Everybody! John Now for the ratings that I did not fill in, because they need some explaining: The quality is good, but like I wrote, this item might break if you're not careful. I don't really know how breakable it might be for you. Otherwise, I really like the quality. The value is not the most incredible value you can imagine, yet if you really love GoPro or the GoPro ideas, this might be really "neato," or whatever. The ease of use is "not so hot," because you cannot open this thing quickly without being in danger of breaking it, and believe me, I think it could break. Therefore, I think you need to take your time opening and closing this little tripod. Basically, I cannot recommend nor disrecommend this item. I gave it five stars, and that's because I like it!

This is a nice portable set. It tucks nicely in my small GoPro case and gives me a short tripod to quickly setup and use when I want a fixed and steady shot somewhere.

I needed an adapter for my Hero 5 for mounting on a standard monopod/tripod. This device comes with an adapter that does exactly that. While it also comes with a quick release adapter and a simple desktop tripod, those were not the features I was seeking. However, the standard stew-in base mounts perfectly with the Go Pro connector, and provides exactly the capability I wanted at a reasonable price.

This clever tripod is an essential for the small camera my daughter was recently gifted. It folds compactly, requiring little space in any carrying bag or purse and provides a secure, safe base for picture taking. It allows the user a steady base and since it is small, it also can be set up and used in tight, difficult settings. She loves it!

I bought this when it was on sale so it was actually a decent deal. The product does feel a little cheaply made and flimsy, but it does the job. I use this with the frame by gopro for time lapses and long recordings. There probably are better ones out there, but like I said before, it gets the job done.

I mostly use the attachments to connect the GoPro to my other tripod but this worked great in a pinch when I was using that with my phone and wanted to take multiple videos. Compact, easy to carry and setup.

This mount does what it's supposed to do, stabilize the camera. Not too many options for mounting or positioning here. You may need another mount if you're frequently on uneven surfaces or moving. It's small footprint makes it easy to pack with the rest of my GoPro accessories.

I have two GoSun Go solar cookers that are made with GoPro attachment points, I got two different types of mounts... found some came with mounting screw and some did not... measured the screw size (5M .08 20) metric found some stainless steel screws at Lowes and Home Depot, not the fancy screws that came with a different set of tripod mounts, but they work if I have a screw drive, that size and style would probably be a special order... I got the smallest mounts attached to the GoSun Go cookers and will add a tripod to try them out in time. I may have to adjust the install some, but they will serve it appears.

Great for attaching GoPro to a tripod mount, which is what I used for the Crane M2 stabilizer. The little tripod is convenient as well.

Simple but lightweight tripod -- no more, no less. It does what it was designed to do. Don't expect heavy duty performance from this lightweight gear, but it will sit in one place to hold your light camera steady.

I purchased this small tripod strictly for its portability. IT is sturdy and holds the camera steady. I does lack some flexibility in angling the frame, but being able to carry and use most anywhere is its greatest feature.

It is a light weight easy to use tripod. The only issue I think is the material is kindly too soft. And if there are 3 more pieces of rubber on the legs for sliding will help the camera to stand more steady.
