I have encountered multiple problems with this edition. To resolve them, I wasted several hours on the phone with the Intuit customer service. Most of the agents are pathetically helpless. One of them, uninstalled-reinstalled TurboTax many times. Only the third agent agreed that the activation failed because of the interference of the firewall. I have nothing special - Win11 and McAfee; hence the problem should be general. That resolved. Then the software failed to buy and download State forms and filing. There was no agent who could help. I needed to resolve it myself. After I managed to have it working, TurboTax worked the same way as the last year.

I bought this because I could no longer find an HP program to deal with my trust. The Intuit Business program does provide some convenient features.

Turbo Tax is for basics only. I bought 2022 Business from Turbo Tax direct and 2023 Business from Best Buy when I read it could handle a 1031 exchanges for real estate tax sales. BUT the fine print does not tell you it can not handle multiple sales going into one 1031 acquisition. After wasting hours of time with the downloaded software and working with Turbo Tax reps they issued a full refund and I upgraded to Lacerte. Best Buy, however, even though I never downloaded the software, even though it was unredeemed from the digital locker, even though it was essentially an UNDELIVERED product . . . several reps told me sorry the fine print says no refunds after purchase. I wrote to corporate and said for the sake of ethics and not alienating customers why don't you present a warning message before purchase that the customer has no recourse after purchase. Turbo Tax is a waste of time and money.

This software was what I needed to complete an Estate. My one comment is actually to Intuit. With all the money they make why do they not make this software for Imac.

Does everything I need for S-Corp Filing. This is the 3rd year using this product, and I will use it again next year.

Been buying this download from Best Buy for years. Very easy and convenient.

Terrible program for businesses. Terrible customer support on both Intuit and Bestbuy. Installed but was extremely complicated and not user friendly. Tried cancelling, but was told digital orders cannot be refunded. Better off buying a hard copy so you can return it. Had I seen the extremely tiny print saying you cannot return, I wouldn't have. That would be information you as a company put in big bold letters to stand out. If it is that important, you wouldnt put the font so tiny. Very disappointed in both Turbo Tax and Best Buy.

Turbo Tax is a solid program, easy to use and very convenient. Best Buy priced matched with ease which pleased me immensely since I didnt realize they had this policy. The manager's actions have increased my confidence in Best Buy. They provide 5 star service.

Easy to use to fill out the 1065. Just put in your books and it does wonders

First off they recommended wrong product and when they sold it to me they didn’t send the product key
