worst headset ever purchased or worst luck

I used them to play the game I purchased with these headphones and the sound quality was so horrible. In fact the right speaker on the headphones malfunctioned. Very disappointed. I wondered why the packaging slip instructions instructed not to return to store to call a number. Unfortunately I don't have time for that. Would not recommend
