Great for gaming

Only 3 months after purchase he could no longer hear the game audio. I contacted Turtle Beach & they had us try a test to see if they could determine the issue. They have sent an RMA so that we can return them. While I wish these wouldn't have had an issue, I have to say they have great customer service.
