Customer Ratings & Reviews

Comfortable, cheap, and dependable. The headphone pads feel high quality and is comfortable to wear even for hours. They are also glasses friendly and extra padding on the head for maximum comfort. The volume can be adjusted by the built in scroll bar on the headphones, microphone sounds great no issues at all! And it’s wired so no charging required just plug in and game. Definitely will recommend to anyone looking for gaming headphones for a cheap price, and it’s compatible with mobile, xbox and playstation so nobody is missing out on these guys! The sound quality is amazing, 10/10 would buy again for anyone who is in need for gaming headphones!

These are my go to because the sound and mic quality are always great for the price and they're comfortable on my ears.

These are really well built and are very comfortable when wearing them. They do alright on blocking outside noise with a clear and full sound while gaming.

I use this headset on my Xbox series x and I really like the sound quality the only problem I had was my friend said he was hearing an echo through my microphone and a party, but I only experienced this one time so I don’t know if it’s like that all the time or not.

Solid headset for around 40 bucks, clean audio quality.

Great product! Works well and looks good! Easy to set up, comfortable, feels like a high quality product!

They work great. The wire gets in the way a little bit, but thats what you get with a wired headset

Good headphones, not a fan of aux cable that goes into the controller because I’m used to wireless.

I recently picked up the Turtle Beach Recon 70 wired headset from Best Buy, and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. The sound quality is crisp and immersive, the microphone is clear, and the comfort level is perfect for long gaming sessions. It’s lightweight yet feels durable, and the flip-to-mute mic is a smart touch. What really sealed the deal was the price—Best Buy nailed it with their continued commitment to offering great products at unbeatable value. For under $40, this headset delivers performance that rivals more expensive models. I’d absolutely recommend it to any gamer looking for reliable audio without breaking the bank. Thanks again, Best Buy, for keeping quality and affordability front and center!

I also bought these for my son and they have been fantastic. Much better than the last set he had (not sure where we got those) The sound quality is clear and balanced, and you can hear everything during a game without distortion or it disconnecting. The mic picks up perfectly and his friends can hear him clearly with no complaints that I'm aware of. What really impressed me is that he can walk into another room during a gaming session and still communicate clearly with his friends. That makes a big difference! They’re also very comfortable for longer sessions and from what I've noticed are well made. Great value for the price and work exactly as expected. Highly recommend.

Turtle Beach has established itself as a frontrunner in the realm of gaming audio, and their headphones certainly reflect this status. The sound quality is exceptional, characterized by a remarkable clarity that is immediately apparent. The audio features vibrant highs and a well-balanced midrange, enhancing the clarity of voices and environmental sounds. Whether engaged in gaming, enjoying music, or viewing films, the immersive auditory experience is truly remarkable. The bass response is robust and resonant without being overpowering, which is essential for games that feature intense action or rich soundtracks. Another standout feature is the spatial audio, which allows for precise localization of sounds such as footsteps, gunfire, or ambient effects, providing a significant advantage in competitive scenarios. The construction quality is impressive, with plush ear cushions that ensure comfort during extended use. Additionally, the microphone offers clear communication, making it ideal for team-oriented games or conversations on platforms like Discord. In summary, Turtle Beach headphones represent an outstanding option for those seeking clear, dependable audio along with a variety of features suitable for both gaming and general listening. They are a valuable investment for anyone who prioritizes sound quality.

[Employee of bestbuy] This headset is definitely on the more inexpensive side of things, but it works well and sounds decent for the price. I have a habit of breaking these things, so I don't want to spend too much on any one pair, but these headphones have held up well over the last month, and I expect them to last at least a year. I mostly chose these headphones over the competitors because you can mute the mic by flipping up the plastic guard. It works well, and I am happy with the headphones.

I would rate this headset a 4.5 stars overall. The price is a good value and the overall performance is alright. My previous Turtle Beach headset finally broke after over 5yrs of use. This lead me to purchase another Turtle Beach model which I hope will last just as long. I feel that my previous headset had better sound but the construction quality is similar. I did pay $100 for the previous set. This headset feels a little tight but probably will feel better after a weeks of use. Sound quality has average highs and the lows has been a little muffled but not a deal breaker.

These headphones are really solid. The sound is clear and punchy, especially for gaming — you can hear footsteps and direction really well. The mic sounds clean, and the flip-to-mute feature is super convenient. They’re also comfortable for long sessions, with soft ear cushions and a good fit.

My 2 sons and myself all use this headset. My kids have the black ones and I have a white set. Couldnt ask for a better headset. Great sound and the microphone works amazingly as well.

I got these headphones for my boyfriend and he loves them so much, at first I was looking at pretty cheap deals with ok quality just so he can have something, but then when I got these and he tried them out he was so excited and thought I had spent so much on them. I’m getting another pair for myself and my brother because they are that good. Great sound quality for games like r6, and apex, and just overall a great set of headphones. Now he doesn’t even get off the game when he’s using these headphones. I0/10 product definitely recommend.

The sound is amazing and I love how comfortable they are and I’ve been using them constantly

I have had this headphones going on three years now and have never had a single issue. Having no mic cover means no sound compromise, they are durable and I have no issues.

They really good for the prices, way better than the Xbox brand, comfortable and very good sound

Good quality for the price. Clear audio, confortable.
