Looks great and quiet compared to others! Very pleased with quality!

Luckily I bought this before the world was ruined by COVID. It arrived on time and in good condition. I'd buy another but I'd be careful where I put it. When the compressor runs you can definitely hear it. Not terrible though. Compared to others at double the price, this unit is great. A bit pricey though.

DO NOT PURCHASE—has design flaw. Handle cannot be tightened or replaced. Whole door must be replaced. My handle came loose after 18 months of use. They used to give away a new door to fix this problem but they want me to pay for the $1000 new door—which has the same design flaw!! They’ve known about this design problem for at least 6 yrs and maybe 12 based on internet posts I’ve seen.

What can I say about this product other than stay away. It was my belief that this product was going to be the one that finally sealed the deal and met all the check boxes. Unfortunately after unpacking it was extremely disappointing to even look at. Folks, this unit should have never left the factory. Upon delivery into my house by the nice delivery team I noticed right off the bat that something was wrong with the door seal. After closer examination, I discovered that U-Line simply tried to cover up their installation of the door seal by using some black caulk to repair a banged up and cut door seal... Really??? The second thing I noticed was that they failed to remove all the Styrofoam from inside the case and it caused the whole inside of the unit to sit cockeyed in the unit. Amazing... Oh but wait there is more, this caused the end of the cabinet to be bent due to someone deciding to just go ahead and seal up the screws on the back of the unit which caused that back to be bent as well... Pathetic... I mean I thought buying American meant something these days... This unit should have never left the plant... I didn't even need to plug it in to see anymore took it right back to my local store for a refund... On to the next one... On a side-note, from what I am seeing from a lot of these beverage fridges is extremely poor build quality from everyone and not just U-Line. This is my third different brand of Beverage cooler in less than a year and a half. For $1,300 I guess it's too much to ask for a quality product? I mean they ultimately look like a 150 college dorm fridge on the inside and have a well made front door.... The mark-up has to be ridiculous on these things and yet they make them as cheap as possible. Bottom line is I waited 6 weeks on this product because it was on back-order. It was by far the worst built unit of the three brands I have used. I just ordered the 4th brand (It's the same price of 1,300) so we will see. Happy Fridge hunting to you.

Installed and working. Absolutely no issues. Super quiet. This is my second U- line beverage fridge and cannot understand any negative ratings. My first one is still running with no issues. I expect the same from this unit.

Unit fits perfectly in our remodeled kitchen. Got it set at 34 for the coldest beer in town!

Walked into Best Buy looking for an undercounted counter bevarage refrigerator. Once I saw the U-Line brand, I decided to buy it because I know its a good brand. The old one was also U-Line and it lasted over 30 years. The deal that was offered was very good. Service was helpful in helping me navigate my purchase

Looks good, holds a lot of beverages & so far, works well.

Delivery was right on time and the gentleman that made the delivery was very professional and friendly. Looking forward to installing the fridge
