does what it should, wish it was louder, I would have given 5 starts

Having never used and Ultimate Ears product and being used to the Sony variants of these speakers I was quite surprised. The sound is just enveloping. No matter which way the speaker is facing you're going to get evenly balanced room filling sound. I was using it in my office at work and despite it's size I think it might be a bit too loud! That's not a bad thing though, not at all. I listened to all sorts of music on this thing and it all sounds great. I do wish there was a bit more bass, but I think having the more even sound especially in an omnidirectional sound stage is more than worth the trade off of the boomy bass. If you're looking for a good portable water resistant speaker, this will not disappoint. Especially for the price compared to a lot of the competition. Go get one, it's really good!

Speaker sounds great but the battery don’t last more than 3-3.5 hrs playing on full blast.

but the outdoor option is handy for boating or camping. Good to share tunes or books.

I really like this Bluetooth speaker!. It's small enough that you can take it anywhere, and while you'd think it might not sound that good or loud it couldn't be further from the truth. It's waterproof and dustproof and in testing it DOES float. Pretty cool! Sound quality is good and the bass is punchy which was shocking for how small this thing is. I am going to get another so I can use them as stereo speakers. The buttons on the speaker are straightforward and cover the basic control you need. The speaker charges with an included USB cable which I'd say is the only thing I wish UE would have done is to use USB C. Overall, I'd recommend this speaker and even getting two of them for the stereo sound! They're small pack a punch and can go where you go! A+

Bought as a present for my 11 y/o. She loves it. Nice sound and easy to set up.

Good speaker. Don’t like the start up sounds, but can live with it.

Overall this speaker gets the job done. The outdoor mode is a nice touch with this speaker and the mids and highs definitely outweigh the bass. The bass is lacklustre in my opinion however for the price point of this product I would let it pass. Overall its an okay speaker for the price point.

Works great, not the loudest but if you connect another it makes a big difference

Purchased this speaker less than a month ago and is beginning to regret every moment of it. Every 3 minutes it keeps pausing, then playing, pausing then playing....so annoying!! who wants to listen music this way? It took me a while to decide whether or not I should get the Wonderboom 2 or the Bose and I choose the Wonderboom only because it appeared to be louder, despite the Bose sounding clearer. When I randomly googled "Why does my Wonderboom 2 keeps pausing when playing?" I realized that other are having the same problem. Would not recommend, do NOT waste your money. One over rated garbage!
