Great small speaker

USB type C would of been nice but oh well. What’s nice about this speaker is the fact it a 360 degree speaker so you get sound all over. It also gets quite loud and also has an outdoors mode which lowers the bass but makes the treble and mods louder so it’s easier to hear outside. It also has an IP67 rating which means its dust and water resistant as well. Also is drop proof within 5 feet which is also great so you don’t have to worry about breaking it at all.

Whenever I turn it on for someone they are always as shocked as I was when I first powered it up. Full, rich, vibrant sound. And yes, I put it to the test. Held it under water, ran water on it, rolled it around a bit; never skipped a beat. Unlike many other UE speakers I own, I am comfortable just "tossing" this and going on my way. Feels sturdy and rugged enough to deal with my abuse. The docked star is for two things that may not seem big, but they are to me. The first is the lack of a previous track option. So simple. They have a two press= next track, why not a three press=previous like several units have adopted. I can play a track repeatedly. It would be nice to just use the speakers functions solely. The second is a typical issue in many of these portable speakers. Once you get up to the really high volumes, there is often distortion. Slight, but still there. No matter the type of music or the quality, it still shows up. The "boost" mode kind of cleans it up with the treble boost, but not completely. I will admit, the boost mode is very useful, and doesn't diminish the quality of the content being played. Besides that, this is a great little speaker with a big sound. Definitely recommend for your daily adventures.

Powerful punch in a little package

It has full sound with just enough bass and treble to please my ears. It connects very simply to any device via Bluetooth and the battery lasts more than long enough for any occasion. It is small enough for portability and the build is aesthetically pleasing. I have nothing but good things to say about this Wonderboom speaker! Definitely a worthwhile purchase at a great price point. You wont be disappointed!

You do have a 2 year warranty that you can file a claim for to get a replacement sent to you since the battery isn't charging anymore. Great product but no Customer or Warranty Support

Currently they aren’t taking phone calls so you have to email. My wife and I have emailed multiple times (as they say it’s the only way to communicate with them) in the last 3 months only to never get a reply. Will definitely not buy again although we like the speaker.

I'm happy to hear you like the sound, but very saddened by the fact that you're not getting the battery life expected from the Wonderboom 2. The batteries are rated at 70% volume- so louder will burn through the battery quicker... but not 10 hours quicker! The Wonderboom 2 has a 2 year warranty.
