    WONDER if it will ever work again...

    Its a neat concept when it works. Initially the speaker was nice and loud, but when in the pool it sounds muffled or silent. After a few days, the speaker started to have issues with connections and cutting in and out. We tried resetting it and pairing it with a different device and same problem. Now the speaker is sitting as we cannot get it to do anything. No response from any buttons. We have reached out to Ultimate Ears and are waiting to hear. This was not a cheap item and we are very disappointed with its lack of performance.

      Hello. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and concerns with the Wonderboom 2. The speaker is waterproof, but not meant to be used in the water. Bluetooth is an airwave and needs air to communicate. Also, soundwaves through water will still sound like water. However, after pulling it out of the water and allowing it to dry, the Wonderboom 2 should return to normal. While the charging port is technically waterproof as well, electricity is not and make sure the speaker is completely dry before plugging it in. I have seen batteries get blown by trying to charge the speaker while wet. Please reach out to our customer service at support.logi.com to start a warranty claim.

    Received as a Christmas gift purchased at Best Buy. Failed after light use in less than 3 months. Sounded great while it lasted. Getting warranty support from Logitech web site was much more difficult than it should have been.

    This speakers make me upset. I bought two of them to use in my cafe’. It They don’t work well when you connected two speakers together. How disappointing!!

    It is a great speaker but the company is terrible. Submitted warranty request several times and all were ignored.
