So far, it has held up great in the boat, no issues with it getting wet. We also enjoy the outdoor setting as we use it outside quite a bit.

I purchased it with an additional warranty because other wireless speakers I have owned have a battery life of about one-and-a-half years. I feel better with the warranty.

Speaker went accidentally pool diving and survived.
