I have not received my package, and the distribution store provided little to no assistance regarding my options for a replacement or refund. The process was unnecessarily complicated, and they were difficult to reach. I am very dissatisfied with how my order has been handled.

It works great. I love the various pressure and to clean the front , rear, and the self cleaning.
