My PC arrived to my exact specifications. It was packaged extremely well. I had an issue with the gpu that was included. They responded very quickly to my message to them explaining the problem. I sent them the defective gpu at no personal cost and received a new one 2 days after they received the old one.

I’ve been able to play every game I’ve wanted to. My biggest dislike is that it’s only 500 gb storage with no option to add more unless you get a whole new ssd with windows on it.
