Phone didn't work

It never worked once we left our house. It said searching for service the whole trip. It was a waist of money. It didn't work in Alaska or North Dakota or even Minnesota.

Phone is horrible

It takes 20 minutes to send a simple text message because the phone is so slow. Calls are repeatedly dropped or you pick up and the caller can't hear you. The phone has to be powered down, powered back up in order to make a decent call. Really sad that in this day and age a phone like this is even accepted on the market.
