I needed a cheap Virgin Mobile flip phone for my work since I don't get reception there with my regular phone. I didn't want to spend too much and this fit the bill. The call quality is very good and it works fine. The phone is quite large for a flip phone and obviously there aren't many bells and whistles but it gets the job done. If you're looking for a very basic phone to just make calls, this will do.

This doesn't have to do with the phone. What I had before was $20.00 every 90 days, now it is $20.00 every month. I really do not use my phone only for an emergency. And for some reason all my money is gone. I don't understand why.

If you're looking for a phone to make and receive calls, this is a great inexpensive option. No bell and whistles, but it get's the job done.

I had problem with the battery, but VIRGIN MOBILE took care of it, since BEST BUY DOESN'T COVER?

Big number keys, but their hard to push, so if you do a lot of texting your not going to like it. Works good for the price.

Bought the cell for my elderly aunt. She loves it, easy to use, large touch buttons, easy to program. The phone is solid and not easily breakable.

This phone has a surprising number of features. It meets the needs of most people. Though it does not have many of the features of a "smart phone", it is a capable communications device for a very reasonable price

Who needs jitter bug when you have this phone. Virgin mobile's plan was $80 for the year. Be careful because Virgin mobile's service doesn't recognize the $80.00 a year plan. You have to call customer service to connect the phone

Bought this phone for my husband and he really enjoys it. He is older and likes the fact that you can make the numbers bigger so you can see them better.

We haven't activated the phone yet--it's a back-up for a previous version that is still working. We expect it'll be comparable to the previous one, which has worked well for about 5 years.
