The cost on sale was only $15.00 for this phone. The Best Buy technician set it all us for me. I liked it so much, I purchased another one for my wife. Now we both have ways of communicating with each other when we are not at home to use our land phone.

Works good for a basic phone, battery life is poor

This phone was purchased for my brother inlaw. He loves it it has the large buttons for easy use. The best feature for him is that it is a flip phone.

I liked that I was able to buy a no contract phone quickly with my Best Buy credit card and charge the minutes card too. I used the phone for a while but decided to buy a smart phone. The service with Virgin is good but the phone doesn't hold a charge for very long and I didn't like how the keys pressed.

It does what I ask of it. Texting someone is a P.I.T.A. because it lags.

exellent phone, just what i needed,easy to activate, good features,i'm not that high tech,but had no problem with anything,shipping was great and i talked to one of the reps,at best buy and he said come on down we'll set it up for you 5 stars all around,a very pleasant transaction!!! oh forgot to add the camera is great!!!such a deal for the price

This is a cheap replacement phone for my mother who requires no bells and whistles. She use her phone for calls and texts only. However the phone was $15 and has a camera and will access the Internet as well. It is cracked on the outer covering (front) of the phone after very little time so it probably is not very durable, but my iPhone isn't either.

I bought this phone to use it for a free line of service on ring plus. It does its job, nothing fancy. Voice quality could be better, it's lacking in that feature.

Simple basic phone. Good for those technology challenged.

It's a good device with a good performance for the price it costs. Simple to use, everything is clear even without a guide. Phone works nice with a bluetooth headset.

I need reliable emergency phoning capability. This phone has it. The camera is an extra bonus.

It's super slow!!! Doing anything on this phone takes forever. Texting, opening or closing a text message, dialing a phone number, ending a call, literally everything takes so long. U have to push the buttons more than once to make it work. This phone is horrible.

service was not clear through this device. Too complicated to set up phone contacts list and very difficult to type text messaging. Instruction manual included in case and online pdf where not helpful. For a simple flip phone it is not user friendly

At the time I had a government phone through Virgin Mobile. It was very, very small and hard to text with and did not have a camera. This was one of the very few phones that Virgin would allow you to use with that service. It defiantly served its purpose.

It's just the right size I love it for what I need it for just in case of emergency.

Make sure that it is compatible with your cell plan. I had an expired Virgin Mobile service and I was forced to upgrade to an new and more expensive plan when my old phone broke! The problem I had was with the provider, not with this phone.

bought for my elderly father. easy to use, simple, good enough. didn't even know they still made flip phones, so pleasantly surprised it was around and the price is right.

I loved this phone until I left it out in the rain. It was in a vinyl bag, but the thunderstorm got the best of it, and it does not work anymore. I really would like to find another one like it.....
