Virgin Mobile is easy to sign up for and maintain online. Phones can be ordered from the web site, but take a few days to arrive. Best Buy will have some of the phones in stock if you need to replace one, sometimes on sale. This is a less than average phone, but it is cheap. Battery life is pretty bad, runs down very quickly even when not in use. You basically have to charge it every night.

A little slow to boot up but has a lot of features my old one did not have. Can not beat the price and unused minutes can be rolled over.

It is an upgrade from my previous flip phone. The size of both screens are such an improvement. Was hard to set up because of my plan, but Virgin mobile helped me through every step.

Phone has great clairity and volume,but battery has to be recharged every couple of days and I don't like that the phone doesn't answer or end a call by opening or closing it, you have to remember to push the buttons to do either one. I haven't tried the camera or web yet.

I purchased this phone for my mother, who didn't want a lot of bells and whistles on a cell phone. I did help her set it up and I can tell you this is a nice phone if you mainly want to use it for talking. The buttons on it are large and you can hear great on it. The screen is nice and bright. The speaker clarity is very nice and clear for playing music. Has a slot for a micro card for storage for music and pictures which is a nice bonus. Very well priced.

it's just a basic clam shell, flip phone. I bought it for a senior citizen for whom a smartphone would be too taxing. the buttons are reasonably large, so not too hard to use. the cursor is enter button are a bit on the small side. it does have a removable, replaceable battery, which is nice.

I washed my phone and replaced it with this one. I like all the features and the phone works very well. The only problem is the battery doesn't last as long as the old phone's battery.

I find this phone very convenient for Seniors and computer illiterate person's with no knowledge of how to use a touch screen phone. It is very basic, and easy to understand.

This phone is definitely a good phone if you need something cheap, quick, and on a short hand notice. Very slow and glitchy, however. Would definitely buy a different phone if I could have a do over.

The buttons are stiff and it's difficult to text, but it's a cheap phone and suits my purpose. VERY short battery life compared to my old Samsung; it has to be charged every two days. I still haven't found how to text punctuation, so my msgs are quite cryptic!

the numbers on this phone are large and easy to use, then being able to enlarge the font is wonderful

i bought this phone for my mom who is older and the ring volume on it is so soft even turned up to its highest level. i returned the phone
