Love the bigger numbers on the phone and the screen

does a lot of things - but not much that I use- needs more of the simple common things I use

This phone was purchased for my grandmother since she is not familiar with touch screen phones. It's a great buy, especially because she is using it for the CA lifeline program (which qualifies). I love how the number are HUGE and easy to dial. It just makes it that easier for her since she is elderly. Definitely recommend.

My dad couldnt use a smartphone or the basic ones, so I checked around and got him this phone, works great for dialing, big numbers on the keypad and overall decent battery life.

In desperate need of a phone to get me by for a few days; the Alcatel OneTouch flip phone worked jus fine. It was kinda nice to not deal with technology and simply just make and receive phone calls

I purchased this as a replacement phone for my aunt. She’s older and loves this phone. I think this was her 3rd one over the years. She’s 84 and won’t use anything else. Great phone!

Basic phone/features. Battery doesn't last long. Good for younger kids.

Purchased this after my iPhone broke because I needed a work line. Served it's purpose well for making calls loud and clear. It is a flip phone however if you need something for the "here and now" I would definitely recommend.

The price was good, but I only needed the fifteen dollar card for a short trip. Went to activate it and they said I needed to increase the amount to twenty to use the phone. I liked Verizon better. Got a 15$ card, got the time in and used it. Now I'm out x amount of dollars from this garbage. You don't find these fine details till after you purchased it. JUNK!

I purchased this phone because it was the only one that could be used with the virgin mobile assurance plan. It was better than what they give you but I don't think a flip phone was right for me. Otherwise a good phone.

My wife and I have been with Virgin Mobile for over 10 years. Service is great, this phone is the worst. Between the family have gone threw 20 plus phone( we like to upgrade or when great deal for one). Nothing but problems except if your going to only make or receive calls. Would not even use for a paper weight. Failure from this manufacturer!

The phone I purchased is made for me. SIMPLE! They don't make smart phones for non smart phone people. This phone works well and has the things I need.

This was the only phone available for Virgin Mobile that was flip phone style. The buttons have to be pressed pretty hard and there aren't many ring tone choices, but it only cost $20.
