We put it in a small room. It was very easy to setup! We just plugged it in and it just worked. It sounds quite good. You might want to get something else for a larger area, but it's great for a smaller space.

    My 1st Sound Bar

This is my first sound bar. I read the reviews and they were all favorable. The price was to my liking and I bought it on sale. I got it home and it was easy to install and hook up to my TV. Once installed, I discovered what I'd been missing. The sound quality is sooo much better! I can hear the background sounds that make the watching experience much better. The soundtrack sound better as movies/TV shows play. Everything is better! I'm very happy with this purchase! This particular set up works perfectly for me as we have a small living room, so more speakers wouldn't necessarily be feasible or desirable, but the 2 speaker system works very well for us and the sound is clear. Definitely recommend.

I bought this to compliment a new 65 inch Qled that I'd recently purchased for my parents. I really like it, but my parents don't care for it. Their complaints are: It's too loud No visual indicator to show volume level (except the led's on the soundbar which they don't understand. Overpowering bass Lack of clear vocals No auto volume leveling Not needed To be fair, I wanted it more for myself, and I like it. A few of their complaints are valid, but for $160, it's surprisingly good. My only complaints are that when watching movies (Lord of the Rings), the sound gets muddy in bass heavy scenes and drowns out the dialog. The sub just doesn't jibe well with the bar unfortunately. I'm going to keep it for the next few weeks and see if we can all come to a happy medium regarding the bar. If you're reading this looking for a recommendation to buy, I'd say at this price point, absolutely! Just don't expect Bose or Polk quality. It's better than your TV speakers, but takes a lot of fiddling with a less than intuitive remote to get it so sound how you want. Even then, you may not find the right sound. I recommend it for younger folks, but not someone who is in their 70s and normally watches Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune, and the nightly news. (They'll do fine with their TV speakers or a soundbar with no sub, and visual on-screen volume feedback).

We got this on as a black Friday deal. Easy to set up and great sound. The subwoofer makes a big difference. Glad I upgraded from my old sound bar. Our friends bought one after hearing ours.

This was a very good purchase. I was expecting a decent sound bar but exceeding my expectations. For the money it has good sound and the subwoofer is more than adequate. I am pleasantly surprised.

Simple and easy set up. Integrates flawlessly with Vizio TV. Sound is good for the price, dialog balances nicely, not too loud not too quiet relative to background sounds and music.

I had problems getting it to work with my older tv. With a bunch of trial and error it finally worked. I wish I would of bought a sound bar years ago. The sound is so much better then trying to listen to the tv alone.

I purchased this soundbar for our Sony 55 inch 950G TV that we have in our bedroom. I had originally planned to purchase a more expensive unit from a more traditional “speaker company” but decided to purchase the Vizio after reading multiple positive reviews. I couldn’t be happier with my decision. This unit has exceptional clarity and spatial characteristics. The Vizio holds its own against a much more expensive 5.1 system that I have for our 77 inch Sony OLED TV in our living room (with the exception of not having 2 additional speakers to place in the rear of the room). I totally concur with the reviews that stated this is the best value for the dollar.

Extremely happy with this purchase so far. It was easy to set up, the subwoofer paired with the sound bar immediately when they were both plugged in. Mounting it on the wall was a cinch with the included brackets and guide. I don't have any HDMI ports available on my TV, so I'm using the optical cord (which was included) and the sound is very impressive. I've actually turned down the bass a bit from where I originally had it set because it was pumping out a little too much! It's only been a couple days but I've watched a few TV shows, some football, and a movie and I'm loving the new sound so far, wish I would have upgraded to a sound bar a long time ago!

Not sound savvy, but I’m super content with the ease of setup, Bluetooth for music, & subwoofer base for movies has been great. For the cost I regret me didn’t purchase years before.

As someone who has had Vizio soundbars for years, I wanted a new one with an HDMI connection so I gave my old Vizio to my Mom and got this one. The design was cool, but honestly it was just ok. Sound was pretty good but dialogue was hard to make out at times. It was much smaller than previous Vizio soundbar so perhaps that’s what was missing - larger drivers to carry the sound. I did return this one and went with the M series instead (the all in one) and I am much happier with that one. It’s larger and much louder / punchier plus it has HDMI 4K Dolby Vision pass through so you won’t lose your ARC input. This is my personal opinion and perhaps you may like this one a lot. The price is great, but it just lacked something for me. Thanks!
