Terrible product. Sound is awful and does not work properly with the Vizio (same brand) all-in-one sound bar. Sounds cuts out. Sound delays. Very disappointed.

Good quality and build but Dolby vision looked worse than HD! Grainy and not watchable. Entry level so wasn’t expecting much but avoid Dolby vision on entry level TVs! Returned for a Samsung with only HDR instead and the picture is way better.

By far the worst money I’ve ever spent on an electronic product. The first TV I ever bought was a Vizio and I loved it. This one is a plastic piece of garbage. You have to reset the thing everyday just to get it to work for a few hours. Its ridiculous. I should have known by the price point. Vizio has lost a customer on this one.

The TV is 2 months old and the audio stopped working. Called support twice and no resolution. Needless to say I will never purchase this brand again. It’s a shame because I enjoyed this brand in the past

The tv just died on me on Black Friday I purchased it 2020 on Black Friday overall it worked pretty well had its bugs every now and then but the main upset is that it died so soon.

Purchased a V series 55" from Best buy online in late 2019.
Issues: The remote was not responsive, sometimes had to push the buttons several times to get a response and I made sure I was in range and batteries were good.
Main problem was the lower 5-6" of the entire display started flickering and going out of focus in just over 12 months. Called Vizio and was told out of warranty and the panel was probably going out. The only option they gave me was to buy another one for 20% off but could only purchase from their website. They also suggested that I may have something plugged into it that was causing the problem which was not the case. I did research and found three other people with the same problem so Vizio should have known about this and I think they did. (I don't blame Best Buy for this). I had just retired and wasted $485.00. Have since spent just a little more, (less than $100.00) and got a 55' Sony. Wow! Didn't expect such a difference in quality, picture and overall functionality. Very disappointed with the Vizio response and will never buy another Vizio product again.
