Decent television. Good picture and has everything you would expect from a vizio. Just solid. Some negatives-- I don't like the remote control that comes with it. It's just crazy how consumers get these piece of garbage remotes that don't do anything. Basically feels like it came out of a cereal box. Also, I don't like how the tv takes forever to turn on before the screen says it's turning on. Slightly irritating. Some sort of tone or better yet a light to notify the tube is on. I can mash the button on my cheap remote a million times and it seems like the button doesn't work....brand new remote.

Though apparently Best Buy advertised it as not having High Dynamic Range I can confirm to you as an elite member who purchased this TV at Best Buy this TV does indeed have High Dynamic Range built in to this 2017 version. TV is actually good for the price since I can again confirm this has High Dynamic range!

Great tv, 4k looks beautiful on the few series that stream in 4k. It also comes updated with HDR via an online update. I can't find any flaws with this tv. (I had a problem with FIFA games looking too bright on this display. I would blame the xbox for this, when FIFA boots it makes the display 3 times brighter, the solution is to set backlight to 0 only for this game).

I like the TV overall, and I understand that pricing this low is partially because the TV does not have an internal tuner, but I definitely would like to have the tuner as part of the TV. I'm getting local channels using an external digital tuner. I also wish they would come out with a full function remote for this TV. Using a phone or tablet sounds cool, but is a bit of a hassle as it sometimes disconnects and you have to go through the setup process again. Having said all that, the price is hard to beat for a screen this size, and the picture quality is very good. For someone with digital cable or who like to watch bluray movies, this would be a good deal.

This TV gives you a lot of bang for your buck. Has a great large display with quite a bit of viewing options and customization. Plenty of hdmi ports and love the auto feature for switching between sound bar and tv speakers. Built in chrome cast is nice but still kind of limited. Yes built-in apps can stream 4K but can't add apps to the TV.

We studied several TVs for months and when we saw the price on this Vizio, we knew we had to buy. It was easy to pick-up from our local Best Buy and then move into our home. I was a little concerned about if I could setup the tv and connect everything. Well, it was very easy to setup and within 20 minutes we were ready the "the game!"

We had a projection TV that was 55 inches but we were beginning to think we all needed glasses because the picture was so dark! We decided it was time for a new TV. We read the reviews and had narrowed it to 3 models. Went to the store and we were blown away by how crisp and bright and clear the picture was! Glad we made the purchase!

I bought this home theater display after being transferred from Saint Louis Missouri to Germantown Tennessee, I wanted a new set for my new apartment, I do not regret my decision on going with this unit. The price was great, I thought I would have to spend much more to get a 65" home theater display like this, I have not used it to it's full potential yet, because I do not have Internet connected yet, I work many hours, never home, but when I am, I use my new Blu-Ray player (from BB) or with my new converter box (from BB) to watch free channels. The picture is excellent. P.S. I use the indoor flat digital antenna with the converter box to pick up about 20 free channels.

Purchased this tv to upgrade to 4K quality. The overall quality for HD is nice, but haven't done anything yet for the 4K part of it. This model has a surround type of sound that allows sounds from some of my video games to be heard that I didn't hear from my previous tv. One thing about the sound I don't like is when I change from one input to another I'm constantly having to change the volume (doesn't keep the volume level saved for different inputs from previous setting of use). Wifi only picks up half the time, but that's probably in part to my crappy uverse service. Quality of the remote could be improved. Overall, it's an alright tv and it's under $1000.

Uhm, I did not want to buy this TV. I wanted to buy a Sony but it was sold out when I visited the store. I didn't want to leave the store without a tv. This TV barely beat out the Samsung that was the same price and size because it has Chromecast built in which is awesome if you have reliable internet in your home. Except for pictures. Going to have to use the tv app which I refused to download on my phone for their is no need yet. Pros: Chromecast makes it easier to stream what is playing on my devices to the tv. 4k is pretty good on this TV but it's not necessary yet. There is not enough programming for 4k even though many apps and websites claim the opposite. The actual content that is in 4k is hit and miss and only would be viewed because of the 4k status. Not too different from HD but it is a good noticeable difference. There is actually TV's priced higher than this and provide the same or less features. It's a good bargain for the tech it has. It was a good price for what I ended up with. I wouldn't pay more than $700 dollars for this tv honestloy. Actually maybe 725, that is what this TV is worth. I did enjoy Godless on this television. Probably wouldn't have been so good on an older TV. It also does not have an awful amount of apps preloaded into the television. This might be a con to some buyers, but I would like all the computing power to be going to making sure what I stream never gets interrupted and quality is what I paid for it. Cons: The TV does not handle fast moving scenes while in Chromecast well at all. Every time there is a scene that needs a bit more speed the connection weakens and the picture ends up pixelated. Going to have to disconnect and reconnect to bring back to normal. The TV is nowhere near as good as OLED or some of Sony's but I didn't have that type of money. There will be backlight bleeding on a lot of movies and shows if the horizontal bars are showing. Does not get those deep blacks and it is very noticeable comparing to those previous models I stated. Conclusion: I would only recommend this to a friend if this was priced lower than $700. Why are TV's so expensive anyway. I am honestly probably never going to buy another TV until I can afford the new LG paper thin tv's. Then life must be good.

Pay attention to the fact that this item is a “home theater display.” It does not have a built-in tuner or coax antenna input. So if you want to hook up to cable, you will have to get a separate tuner box. Not a huge deal, but if you’re averse to two remotes or an unsightly tuner box, this may not be the item for you. I also dislike the necessity of using your smartphone to access most apps on the system (i.e., YouTube), as opposed to the apps being accessible on the system, itself. It drains the phone battery and sometimes the connection between the system and phone will not work properly. All in all, the image quality and overall function of the system is up to par, but if I could go back and re-do this purchase, I would spend the extra money on a legitimate smart TV.
