Great sound bar and so so easy to set up, for a non techie!

The sound is great. It is worth the price and a good value.

The first one I got had to be returned due to the right speaker not working. I ran the available sound test to verify it wasn't working. I returned and got a new one because I had a Vizio TV and like their products overall. The 2nd one works great so far and can definitely give full quality sound when turned up. Very happy so far.

I recently upgraded my television, and I wanted to compliment that purchase with a home theater. Naturally, I wanted the biggest, badest, ear-bleeding thing in the store. However...like most of us, I could not afford it. With that said I purchased this Vizio system. I was very surprised when I sampled it in the store. Like most BB's, this unit was out on the floor, and not the best for acoustics. I doubt most people live in big warehouses where the sound isn't close to how would sound in a home. Knowing this, I took what I heard with a grain of salt, and would return it if I were disappointed. When I got home and set everything up, I was impressed. The sound bar and the subwoofer delivered exactly what I wanted for the value. My living room isn't very large, and it's tiled. The room isn't desirable for listening to a symphony. But if you're looking for excellent clarity while watching sports, or listening to rumbling explosions and gunfire, I think you will be pleased. I enjoy this addition to my home and all of the features the Vizio sound bar has to offer! It's great, and I think anyone would love having one in their home.

I had the 2.1 Vizio Sound bar for the last year. I was happy with it. But I wanted to move it into my bedroom when I got a new TV. So I got this sound bar with sub to replace it in the living room. The sound quality is even better than the 2.1 without the sub. But with the sub it adds a whole new dynamic. Great for watching movies.

We purchased this product as a gift for my parents. They were excited. It was easy to install and teach them how to use. It puts off a good amount of sound for their room and they are pleased with it. We have a different sound bar (only two years old) and by far, this one is way better with the quality sound output!

The vizio puts out the kind of sound you expect from higher priced brands without the investment. The only reason its not a 5/5 is that even on the lowest bass setting the sub is a bit much for just every day use. Great for movies!

I have large home theater system in my fnished basement and was looking for something for my living room that sounded good and didn't require me to put in an amp and run speakers. I have been very impressed with the sound 3.1 sound. It is great for watching TV and listening to music.

I bout this for my dad for Christmas and he loves it. The setup was simple and only took 5-10 minutes. It is in their living room that is pretty good size and it puts out a great volume. The sub can be annoying when watching TV but it's simple to just turn it on and off when you want.

We couldn't be happier with this product. It has amazing sound. It was easy to install. We use it with our tv and often play music from our phones via Bluetooth. Sometimes it takes a minute to turn on and work. This is our first soundbar purchase and we are extremely pleased with it.

This was a good purchase. I had the Bose before but just couldn't hear it in my big garage. The Vizio is much better and louder but still clear...

The speakers work well and were easy to setup. Sometimes the connection between my speaker control app and the speakers is lost. also the subwoofer shakes the whole room so I can't use it at my apartment complex (this may be a pro or a con based on where you live).

I bought this because my previous soundbar and TV lacked adequate input and output connections to support all of my components without using an AV switchbox. When my child needed to add her Xbox to the mix, I wanted to simplify my system. This soundbar supports everything that I need. I still have to change the inputs on the soundbar and TV for the use of each component due to the lack of HDMI ARC support on my TV, but it's a much improved setup than the previous configuration. I love that the soundbar not only supports so many types of connections, but also provides the cord for all of them. I didn't use them all, but squirrelled them away for future use, and future new TV. :) The sound quality is great for our needs and I like that I can set the sound bar to "night" mode to reduce the bass setting without actually changing the bass level. This was a great deal for our family!

I bought this to supplement the sound on my Sony TV. It has a center channel you can turn up to hear dialogue better in those movies where the sound effects seem to drown it out. You can't beat the price for the sound. I play music from my phone on this and when you jack the volume, it's plenty loud. If you lived in an apt, I suspect the neighbors would get grouchy if you played music at 75% for an extended period. When I first got it going I was playing with the settings and the bass spooked my dog into thinking there was a thunderstorm. The HDMI ARC is cool, too, it connects directly to the same port type on your TV if equipped. The remote takes some learning, but after five minutes with the manual, I had all the different modes and adjustments figured out. Nice unit for the money! Comparable units from the other big brands were +$100 over the price of this unit.

...to family room. Paired up with 60" Vizio whose speakers were less than stellar and couldn't be happier. I know it's not the top of the line model but definitely sufficient for our smaller room and the woofer can shake the house if you crank it up.
