I love it. I set a timer in the Alexa app to start the fan 10 minutes before arriving home to cool off a little. Sometimes if I forget to turn it off, just turn it off from the Alexa app even when I’m not at home. Need to save some energy

I absolutely LOVE Vornado, and there IS a lot to love about this model, but I was SO sure I would love it 100%, and I just don't quite. The good: -4 levels. The lowest is very low and quiet, and the highest is very powerful (though fairly loud). -Alexa-enabled. Though there is bad about this too, which I'll get to. -Pretty compact. Though it's not an ideal size for traveling, it wouldn't be that big of a deal to lug along, if needed. It doesn't take up too much real estate. The bad: -It doesn't really tilt "low" much at all. It is really just outward and upward. All of the places I intended to put this needed to be able to angle downward. -No remote, unless you count the Alexa app. -The Alexa app doesn't always work. This is my biggest issue by far. Assuming the phone your Alexa app is on is turned on, charged, and at-hand, sometimes you still cannot control the fan with it, as it just says "unresponsive." That is incredibly frustrating, and sometimes super disruptive to whatever you were in the middle of. -For some reason, though the Alexa app DOES recognize this device, it won't allow me to add it as a favorite in the room it's in. It just sits in its own category by itself, and I have to go into it manually. So all in all, I'm not sorry I own this fan, and I'm grateful for some of its more advanced capabilities. But I do wish some slight adjustments could be made (downward tilt, and a remote control) that would make it the perfect fan I expected it to be.

It was a little difficult to get added to my wifi, but other than that, Vorndao remains the king of fans. This was an addition to 2 I already own. Performance, customer support and quality are the best. Well worth the investment!

Amazing product...had the fan on low speed for the night and woke up as if I had the AC on. You can really feel the air circulating all around rather than being blasted in a singular direcrion. All i had to do was say Alexa turn off fan and went back to sleep.

works great with alexa and i do not have to get up to change setting..love it

Originally didn't need the "smart" features, but I use it daily. My only gripe is the fan is too quiet, I use it for white noise at night and need to have it on turbo.
