Easy to setup. Nice features. Haven’t learned all the features however instructions are not hard to follow.

I just Bought this phones for my office like 3 weeks ago and i just love them I had trouble hearing my customer and alot of echo but this phones are just fantastic Its very clear voice and not echo and it has some awesome features

The phones are the best! Very clear reception.....and the batteries are the strongest ever! The Bluetooth capability I have yet to use...but am certain I will in the very near future! The design and size of the handsets are the most perfectly made and are very compatible to any one person’s ear. And even a person with hearing aids will have no trouble with hearing thru the ear piece. Also...the rings are very easily heard. And the instructions to setup the phone for operation are so absolutely clearly spoken to help any one to follow. Even people who are getting older and not from the “computer age” group can manage to set the system up. And having a light that flashes as soon as a call is incoming....is the best idea ever. And the caller ID is most easily read. And even the “ block” call feature is the most needed to stop robo calls! Simply said this phone system is a great buy for the modest price. A person gets one heck of a good purchase! If 10 would be excellent....I would rate it at a 15!

Excellent home phone system! Couldn't be happier with my purchase. Great sound and long range. Best feature is Smart Call Blocking. It eliminates 90% of your unwanted calls. Has all the features you will ever need. Easy to read display and easy to use menus. Great bluetooth feature lets you incorporate your cell phone into it. Get one now!

Great job Best Buy... the price was Outstanding for such a High Quality Product. Absolutely Awesome!!! The sound clarity is right on point. The phones are Bluetooth capable and I wasn't near a telephone when it rung (imagine that, 4 Phones and I wasn't near one) but I was wearing my one of my ear pieces to my AirPods and it beeped, I answered through my Ear Piece; I was quite impressed. Perfect sound quality. Good Job VTech. Great job Best Buy... keep up the good work.

I don't use the automatic block option, so I can't comment on that. The range for the phone is quite far, although if leaving a handset at a good distance from the base, it is a good idea to either exchange it or bring it close to the bar every few days to reaffirm the connection. I am thrilled with the longevity of the charge on the handsets! They last for days for me on a charge. I am a bit frustrated that I've yet to figure out how to view a scrolling list of the last numbers that I dialed, but that is a mild inconvenience. Overall I am glad that I chose this model.

Has excellent range and no interference with other devices. Clear sound quality on both ends of call. Handset/base station Mute button helpful when using speakerphone. Headset jack is convenient. Battery charge lasts for several days on average.

They are holding a charge longer than my Panasonic phones, They are much clearer people tell me they can hear me loud and very clear compared to my last Panasonic phone, My last phone was only 2 yrs old and became junk fast, Only problem with V tech I don’t know how to use them. I can’t figure out my phone contact list, Or how to block calls either. It’s frustrating otherwise they are comfy and I like the light on top when it rings I find them easily

A few quirks. You must speak directly into the phone or else the volume of your speech on the receiving side fairs badly. When scrolling down for a previous call you cannot access the person's name if a cell number is indicated unless you attempt to dial the number by initiating the calling process. The number of blocked calls feature is outstanding. I have stopped getting calls from fake Amazon accounts and Mac Pro scammers. Those two features alone are worth the mondy.

My husband worked for the phone company for years and we had tried numerous brands. This set is fabulous!!! I can go outside as far as I want and I don’t lose reception. They are a pleasure. Very good product!!! And, when we were trying to ser them up we called customer service and they were incredibly helpful. Absolutely money well spent.

I purchased one last year in April I do believe, I love it for being able to BLOCK CALLS. My family.lobe this phone went out and purchased my Mom and Siter one. AWESOME PHONE!!!!

Live in a roughly 9000 sq ft home. This handset easily gets a 10/10 rating for its overall awesomeness. Excellent reception & clarity throughout the whole house & even outside on the deck & pool area. Had initially bought a Panasonic phone which I quickly returned due to terrible sound clarity & outrageously poor reception. My first time using a VTech handset which makes me wonder why I had been buying those terrible Panasonic handsets.

Love the Call Block on this phone. Has really cut out those spam and robo calls. I have to make sure everyone I want on my phone book calls so I can add them. Still it could be a little better with the volume. I’m also still testing out the range.

Nice set of handsets. Instructions were easy to follow. The main headset is located in the office. We can hear the answering machine in all the rooms.

Set-up was fairly easy although I had to look at the digital manual on my monitor several times. During a phone call to VTech I requested a traditional paper version and was told that it does not exist to save on paper (?) Even overseas calls using the base speaker were much clearer compared to our previous Uniden phone. I would like to suggest to make the base station’s blinking red message LED brighter. Furthermore, there is no received message LED on the handset at all, only an LCD message which is not visible in the dark or dim light. On our old Uniden a blinking red LED even on every hand set clearly indicated a message was received. Another suggestion would be a DND (Do Not Disturb) feature like we had on our Uniden (as an example for night time). A simple push would silence all audio (ringing, announcement) on the base AND all handsets. It still would allow messages to be recorded.

Great sound and easy to work. I strongly recommend buying this system and it’s easy to add additional phones to it

I love this phone. The sound quality is great. I love the spam calling feature. It's averaging 14 blocked calls daily. I love that there's 5 or 6 different ways to use the call blocker such as allow calls only from your phone book and/or send others to voice mail, have the caller say their name and enter # to mention a few. Easy set up. Did I say I love this phone? Well I do.

Exactly what we wanted. The set up was easy enough and the phone quality is decent. Some actions aren't totally intuitive, but were easy enough to look up and now stuck in the mind. Like the call blocking feature. I only have one real problem with the unit... imported phone numbers act differently from the manually added entries when working with the Smart Call Blocking feature. Only the manual entries are recognized for the directing inbound calls to ring. Imported entries are not recognized. I couldn't find this mentioned any place. Such a shame because manual entry on the phone is seriously tedious.

I am very happy with this VTech phone system. I managed to set up all the features. When I had difficulty connecting to my cellphone I phoned support. They were very helpful and gave me concise information help with my issue. It's the old re-boot formula. Unplug everything and upon restart there is the connection. I highly recommend this system. PS. I am in IT so I was not awed by the complications about which I notice other reviewers complained.
