Needed a cordless phone with an answering machine, and this fits the bill perfect. Has a nice look, easy to use, and slim. Only thing I wish it had was a speakerphone, but I understood it didn't prior to purchasing. Overall, definitely a great phone for the price you pay.

Purchased this phone since my new cable package offered home phone service. We don't really use it much since we have our cell phones, but we use it when we are ordering delivery. Has an option to store phone numbers in it, so we always have the number for the places we need and don't have to go searching for it. Very clean looking as well.

for the price, this phone is great. Just what we needed for a "house" phone and answering machine.

Phone works fine but buttons are a little hard to press

This phone is not worth the money! The sound is very low even at the highest setting. It will not charge now. And I have no way to get it to a Best Buy location to use the extended warranty I purchased. I should have listened to the reviews and not purchased this phone. It is already broke!

Good product for the price, easy to program, fast-charging, stylish for the price. My only complaint and it may be due to my land line provider poor sound quality.

I'm well pleased with this very nice, simple, inexpensive home phone with answering device. Excellent sound quality. Perfect phone for me. Like how the screen & number keys light up, but wish the screen display were larger so it would be easier to read. Like this phone way better than the 3 year old Panasonic phone I had before, which had poor sound quality, & too many extra features that I never used.

My grandma is hard of hearing so this phone works great for her.

LOVED this phone. Bought it in a hurry when we moved, but have been thrilled with it. Answering machine is easiest we've used (prefer it to what came with phone service!) especially with large numbers, large buttons, one button deleting or save (unlike others that have you go through too many steps!) on the base. Easy to check messages from handset, too. Nice to have an easy to see flashing sign (and beep if you wish) to EASILY see if there's been messages while you were out or busy! Has DECT 6.0 technology, so the sound during calls and for caller ID is crystal clear and there's no interference with wireless devices or neighbors. Earpiece and answering machine are nice and loud for hard-of-hearing. Easy to hold unlike some cordless phones. Shape also makes it safe to set down without accidentally dialing. Dial buttons are completely lit up (vs. just lettering) and stay lit up to make dialing in low light or at night SO easy! White color makes it easy to find headset in dimly lit rooms. Very easy to put back in base quickly unlike other brands we've had; others won't line up quite right in a hurry or fall out easily if you don't get it just so or won't charge up right if it's not set in perfectly! Sound quality was outstanding, range was great in our large backyard and up three floors inside. Speakerphone works great. Battery life was much longer than our previous phones. The menu was way easier in maneuvering set up than others we've had. Our favorite part was the dial was so easy to read: larger 'font' and the brightly-lit light green backlight was so much easier to see than other orange and dark gray ones! Other cordless phones have frustrated us: this one is a joy to use.

Phone would be great if it was a little louder. It can be hard to hear most of the time for me. I was expecting a little bit better quality of phone for $30

it was so easy to understand the instrctions at first i was saying oh my god i can't do this then after reading them slowly i was surprised at how easy it was
