Since everyone now carries a cell phone, land-lines seem a little unnecessary. We purchased this phone mostly for cost. These units can be linked together with other bases to allow greater range within the home. It pairs nicely with BasicTalk VoIP service for a cheap land line. It works very well with our photography business. Call quality and wireless range are grea. So, if you need just a basic phone and land line, this phone is a cost effective way to go.

Easy to set up and use phone. We have voice mail with our phone company so don't need a recording phone. This tells us when we have a message and you can program number in so just have to hit a button to retrieve message. You can add phones to this if so needed. Very good phone for the price.

Easy to install and use. I use this for my office with a VOIP phone system. The phone is perfect. Easy to use and works nicely with the phone system.

I replaced my previous cordless phone with this one. It basically has all the basic features of a cordless phone at this price such as Phone book, pager button to find lost phone, Voicemail setup and ability to connect to another extension phone in your home. The display is Good but there is only 2 problems with this phone. 1. The battery doesn't last as long and the low battery notification goes off too late where you have to charge the phone immediately. It's not like the low battery warning notifies you when you have at least 5 minutes remaining. 2. The second issue is if you ever call a number and have to press certain numbers to direct your call, the automated system does not recognize that you are pressing a number from the phones keypad. This happens when the sound frequency the phone makes when you press a specific number is not correct. However this has happened only about 10% of the time when I call a company that has an automated system. Regardless of the low battery life / notification and the unrecognized button pressed during an automated call, it still does not make this phone a bad one to have. For the price of the phone, I would say this is a very decent Cordless phone with zero static or interruption.

The phone is light and easy to use. In was in my price range.

We bought this phone simply because our cell reception in our home is awful and our phone calls kept dropping so we needed a land line. This phone works great for what we need it for. However, if you are looking for a good quality phone that can do it all this is not a good choice. The phone itself feels a little cheap and there is no answering machine

Works well especially for the price. Nothing special though. No outlet for a earphone connection.

Set up in minutes. Long lasting battery, clear reception. Price is terrific. If you just need an extra phone with no answering machine, this is it.

I bought this cordless for his "speaker phone" feature which i did not have on my basic cordless phone. Pricing was on a higher side because i find the same product cheaper by few dollars in sears after few days. Overall it serves the purpose. The battery holds for few days and i was surprised of that. Mom always taught me, "you get what you pay for" - and this is a pretty functional phone for its low price point. I use it primarily for conference calls in my home office and it has exactly what I need: a mute button and a serviceable speaker phone function. I'm satisfied with this purchase.

Looks much sleeker than previous phones, very comfortable and light weight.

Nice phone, good size, lighted keypad. Works well as an extension in any room!
