The charger works well. Hired electricians to hard wire it. They had no problem installing it. I used the Android app to set it up. That was pretty straight forward. I updated the firmware. It took two tries. Not sure if I did something wrong or it just got stuck. Second time it worked fine. Just took a few minutes to complete the update. Then it charged my Mach e at 11kW. Took just a few hours to charge 50%. I like the information in the app and website. You can see current state of charger and it tracks charging sessions so you have a history of when and how many kWh you charged your car. I also like the ability to set the charging amperage from 6A to 48A.

The electrician had the Wall Box up and running within an hour pulling the maximum charge possible. I like the apps ability to set the charge times so I can take advantage of the Off peak hour discounts that my power company provides.

We installed this charger in our condo building and it has worked exactly as advertised. Its app is very easy to use to unlock the charger and track the electricity usage by user. It’s Bluetooth functionality is a differentiator as we have no WiFi access in our garage.

I picked up the wallbox on sale and it's been a great purchase. The setup was straightforward, and the interface is incredibly user friendly. The build quality feels solid.

Had installed. Downloaded app and was connected to the internet and ready to charge in less than five minutes. Son has one too and it’s also flawless.

One of the easiest EV hardwire installs I have done. I don’t have a ton of experience, but the instructions provided were straight forward and my wiring was already in place. The Wallbox was packaged nicely, and they provide everything you need to get the job done (minus the tools and items you may need like a wire cutter/stripper). I currently have a 40 Amp two pole breaker in place (upgrading to 60A when I upgrade my car) and as I was reading through the instruction booklet, noticed there was a dial to adjust the voltage manually. I set it to 32 Amps (super easy) to accommodate my set up and began connecting my power and ground to the unit. Again, the instructions were straight forward. Once I tightened everything up, closed up the unit, I flipped the circuit to power it up. WE HAVE LIGHTS! I took my phone, downloaded the Wallbox App and scanned the QR code to start setup. The nice thing about this unit is that you don’t need Wi-Fi to control the unit, as long as you are close to the unit, you connect to it via Bluetooth. I did have issues configuring Wi-Fi and downloading a software update, but when I called the Wallbox support number, an agent promptly assisted me in getting my issue resolved. It took a few times, but they were able to push the update to my wallbox and all issues resolved! My experience with Wallbox has been amazing so far, which is more than I can say for some other companies (cough… Juicebox) who take forever to troubleshoot. Based on my experience, I highly recommend purchasing a Wallbox charger!

It works really well, glad we bought it! We like that we can create a schedule to charge our vehicles.

Absolutely love it. Use it every day. Very convenient. I highly recommend it. The cord should be longer. Easy to install if you know some electric work. The app is good. The only thing I don't like is when my scheduled charge time doesn't start when I lock it.

Excellent product. Small form factor and one of the more affordable 48 amp ev chargers.

Great EVSE! worked amazing with my Ford Mustang Mach E. Installation was easy and stright forward. If you can get it on sale its a no brainer.

Purchased this level 2 charger to charge during offpeak hours leveraging the App. Works great and very simple to install and configure.

I use this with a 2024 kia ev6 gt line and works amazing. I can charge on the driveway or the garage.

Installed November 2023. Started tripping 3 months later but I thought it was isolated. It now trips (the red ring of death) at least weekly, usually after I have plugged in our EV. This means if I don't check the EV's app we may not have enough charge. It is very frustrating. The charger was installed by a solar install company with a perfect rating. This unit is anything but a good rating. So far, Wallbox expects me to conduct ever more complicated diagnostics to determine what is wrong with their charger that is less than a year old. I'm ready to purchase the charger we should have (it's a rather big company in the EV world) and send this in for the 3 year warranty, expecting a full refund.

So far so good, it’s efficient and you can program it to charge during off peak hours so you save some money.
