We should have toasters mastered by now? Each side toasts way different. The knobs move too easy and you never know what you'll get. May have to do it twice. Might be burnt. My own fault for stubbornly trying to put end or thin pieces in and they'll fall right thru. Probably seemed a good price but I'd rather have paid more for better.

not good for english muffins

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the slots in this toaster do not grip something like an english muffin. it falls far enough down that you have to dig it out. bottom has crumb tarys but it wont let you remove half a muffin til its picked and hacked with a knife to make it into smaller pieces. not good. and they call this a "pro". very light weight very flimsy. sorry i bought it
